This Grilled Corn Recipe is juicy, tender, super flavourful and easy to make. Enjoy this favourite summer side dish!

4 ears fresh corn
2 tbsp butter
Sal and black pepper
1 tsp freshly chopped parsley

Steps:

  • If you need to clean the grates, use a steel grill brush to do so. Dip a wad of paper towel into cooking oil and then wipe the grates. This step is important to prevent the chicken from sticking to the grates. Turn all burners on medium-high, cover, and heat the grill until it reaches 450 degrees F.
  • Place the corn in a large pot or bucket or container and cover the corn with water. Let the corn soak in water for about 15-20 minutes. Remove the corn from the water and shake the water off of the corn husk.
  • Place the corn over direct heat for 20-25 minutes. Don't forget to turn the corn every five minutes.
  • Remove the corn from the grill. Let it cold down for 2 minutes. Carefully remove the husk.
  • Spread butter on the corn and season with salt and pepper.
  • Remove all the husks and silks from the corn.
  • Place corns on preheated grill and cook them for 15 minutes or until they are bright yellow.
  • Remove the corns from the grill and place them on a plate.
  • Spread garlic over corn, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle some chopped parsley before serving.

4 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat a grill or grill plate to medium heat.
  • Drizzle the corn with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix to ensure all the ears are evenly coated.
  • Place the corn on the grill. Close the lid to keep the temperature high, and let the corn cook for about 15 minutes per side, or until slightly charred on all sides.
  • Remove the corn from the heat and set aside.
  • Place the garlic and butter in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute, or until melted.
  • Brush the garlic butter on the corn. Sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.

6 corn cobs
2 garlic cloves , crushed
6 tbsp mayonnaise
4 tbsp grated parmesan (or vegetarian alternative)
2 tbsp finely chopped coriander
1 lime , cut into pieces, for squeezing

Steps:

  • Boil the corn cobs for 5 mins. Leave in the water until you're ready to grill them. Mix the garlic and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Just before barbecuing, remove the cobs from the pan, pat dry and rub the mayonnaise into each one.
  • Season the cobs and grill them until marks appear, about 5 mins. Remove and scatter over the Parmesan and coriander. Squeeze lime over to serve.

2 heads garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
10 tablespoons butter, room temperature
6 ears sweet corn, husks removed

Steps:

  • Position rack in center of oven and preheat to 350.
  • Cut off and discard top quarter of each garlic head.
  • Place garlic in small baking dish.
  • Drizzle with 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Cover dish with foil and bake until garlic is tender, about 1 hour 10 minutes.
  • cool garlic slightly.
  • Squeeze garlic out of papery skins, letting garlic fall into small bowl.
  • Mash with fork.
  • Stir in butter.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • (Roasted garlic can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before using.) Prepare barbeque to medium heat.
  • Brush corn lightly all over with remaining 2 tablespoons oil.
  • Grill corn until brown in spots, turning occasionally, about 12 minutes, or wrap in foil if you prefer and cook 15-20 minutes, turning often.
  • Serve hot, passing roasted garlic butter seperately.

1/3 cup butter, cubed
1/2 teaspoon minced garlic

  • Soak corn in cold water for 20 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, combine the butter, garlic and salt. Cook and stir over medium heat until butter is melted; set aside 2 tablespoons. , Carefully peel back corn husks to within 1 in. of bottoms; remove silk. Brush with remaining butter mixture. 4 ears corn on the cob, in husks
1/4 cup butter, softened
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoon lime zest
2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat grill to medium-high direct heat.
  • Soak corn in husks in cold water for 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, blend butter, olive oil and lime peel in small bowl: cover and refrigerate.
  • Place corn on grill and cook for 10-12 minutes turning once or twice.
  • Remove husks and silks, (if you want your corn to have that "grilled" look place husked corn back on grill for 3-5 minutes while turning once or twice again)
  • Spread butter mixture evenly on corn; sprinkle with Parmesan.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.

2 large idaho potatoes, peeled
8 oz green beans, trimmed
kosher salt, to taste
freshly ground black pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons garlic parmesan seasoning
2 tablespoons olive oil
lemon juice, for serving

Steps:

  • Preheat the grill to medium heat, about 375°F (190°C).
  • Cut the potatoes into thin wedges. Add to a large bowl.
  • Add the green beans to a separate large bowl.
  • Season the potatoes and green beans with salt, pepper, the garlic Parmesan seasoning, and olive oil. Toss well to coat.
  • Add the potato wedges to the grill and cook for 5 to 7 minutes per side, until tender and grill marks appear
