2 (4 ounce) salmon fillets
salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons honey
2 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 large clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Season salmon fillets on both sides with salt and pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon fillets until flesh flakes easily with a fork, 5 to 6 minutes per side.
  • Combine honey, water, brown sugar, sriracha sauce, soy sauce, and garlic in a small pot over medium heat; bring to a boil. Cook, stirring frequently, until glaze is thick and smooth, 5 to 7 minutes.
  • Pour glaze over salmon fillets.

2 tablespoons brown sugar (packed)
1 large clove garlic
1 tablespoon soy sauce
2 teaspoons bourbon
2 6- oz salmon fillets
pinch salt
pinch pepper
1 tablespoon olive oil
green onions (sliced)
cilantro (chopped)
ovenproof skillet with a tight fitting lid

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°.
  • In a small bowl combine all the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
  • Sprinkle both sides of the fillets with salt and pepper.
  • Place the pan on the stove and turn on the heat to medium-medium high. When the pan is hot, but not smoking, add the olive oil and rotate the pan to cover with the oil. Add the salmon fillets and cook for one minute. Remove from heat. Carefully flip the salmon and spread each piece with the glaze. Cover with the lid and place in the oven for 5-6 minutes or until desired doneness is reached. Spoon glaze over the fish. Garnish with cilantro and green onions. Serve.

2 Tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
3 garlic cloves (minced)
juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
garnish with sliced lemons and chopped parsley if desired

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Lay the salmon on top and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Fold up the sides of the aluminum foil around the salmon.
  • In a small bowl whisk together the olive oil, brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Pour the glaze over the salmon. Top the salmon with aluminum foil and seal.
