Ingredients

5 to 6 cups uncooked wide egg noodles
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1 cup heavy whipping cream
1-1/2 cups chopped fully cooked ham
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup thinly sliced green onions
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Gradually whisk in cream. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, about 2 minutes longer. , Add the ham, cheese, onions, salt and pepper; cook, uncovered, until heated through. Drain noodles; add to ham mixture. Toss to coat; heat through.

Our creamy ham and noodle bake is a comforting casserole recipe that you can put together in a snap. This is a classic family casserole recipe that I make over and over throughout the year.

1 (12oz. bag) wide egg noodles
3 cups full cooked diced ham
1 (10 ½ oz. can) condensed cream of chicken soup (or scroll up for my homemade version)
1 cup sour cream
1 ½ cups milk
½ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon pepper
2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
Fresh parsley, optional

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray a 13x9-inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large saucepan cook noodles according to package directions to al dente. Drain noodles and return to the pan. Stir in the ham, chicken soup, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, and the pepper; stir well.
Transfer the mixture to the 13x9-inch baking dish. Sprinkle the 2 cups cheese over the top. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until heated through. Garnish with fresh parsley, optional.

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package medium noodles, cooked and drained
2 cups cubed cooked ham
2 cups shredded swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a greased 13x9x2 inch baking dish, layer 1/3 of noodles, ham and cheese.
In a bowl, combine soup, sour cream, onions, and green pepper; spread half the mixture over top.
Repeat layers.
Bake uncovered about 45 minutes or until very hot.

Need a simple casserole sure to please the kids? I served this to friends who later left for Kenya...their girls were pining for it overseas, and you can bet I served it to them again when they returned to the States for a visit! (Talk about easy to please!) Nothing gourmet here, just yummy and great with salad and crispy garlic bread. (Recipe via my sister, who says she got it from Southern Living way back when...)

Ingredients

8 ounces egg noodles
1 1/2 cups chopped cooked ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup low-fat milk
1 tablespoon margarine or 1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain.
Place half of noodles in buttered 2 quart casserole dish.
Combine ham and cheese; sprinkle half of ham mixture over noodles.
In small bowl, combine soup and milk.
Spoon half of soup mixture over ham layer.
Then again: noodles, ham/cheese, soup.
Dot with butter.
Cover loosely with foil.
Bake at 375 for 30 minutes.

Place the noodles, ham, cheese, soup and milk in a 9x9 inch casserole dish and mix well.
