Steps:
- Place cookies in a large, resealable plastic ziptop bag and zip closed. Using a rolling pin or heavy object, coarsely crush the cookies. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the dry pudding mix and cold milk until combined well, 2 to 3 minutes. Refrigerate 5 to 10 minutes to thicken, then fold in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula. Stir in 1 cup of the crushed Oreos, and a few gummy worms if using. Spread out mixture in an 11x7-inch (or equivalent) glass baking dish. Using your hands, spread the remaining cookie crumbs over the top. Gently push the strawberries down in rows in the Oreo "dirt". If using pebble candy, add some of them amongst the rows of strawberries. Garnish with mint leaves. Refrigerate until serving time. How-To Video: https://youtu.be/WIpkKkEK0WE
IMPOSSIBLE GARDEN PIE
This recipe came from a Bisquick Cookbook. I love the flavor combination of the vegetables used and it is so easy to make. I substituted the Bisquick baking mix with the Master Mix (Homemade Bisquick Substitute) from RecipeZaar posted by Cindy Lynn recipe # 45055 substituting the powdered milk with powdered buttermilk and Safflower Oil for the shortening. I liked the homemade version much more than the store bought Bisquick.

ORIGINAL NO-BAKE DIRT PIE WITH WORMS
This pie is so easy to make and is ALWAYS the first thing to go at pot lucks! Everyone loves this and kids and adults ask for me to make this for parties. You can substitute "light" ingredients, but it loses something with the "fat free" stuff.

Steps:
- Mix butter, cream cheese and sugar in bowl and set aside. In separate bowl, mix milk and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Combine the two bowls gently by folding until combined completely.
- You can layer in individual bowls or in one large 12" pan. Start with a layer of 1/2 of the cookies on the bottom, layer mixture in middle and top with remaining cookies. Top with candy gummy worms. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
DIRT PIE
Mmmmm...a rich Oreo pie without the cream cheese. You can add gummy worms in as well, but I don't like the taste or the texture.

GARDEN HUCKLEBERRY PIE
The garden huckleberry (Solanum melanocerasum) is not a true relative of the wild huckleberry or blueberry, but is instead a member of the same plant family as potatoes, tomatoes, eggplants and peppers. Like other nightshade relatives, the garden huckleberry's foliage should never be eaten. The fully ripe berries, however, are not only edible, but also incredibly delectable. And they're easy to harvest -- no thorns to battle as in picking wild berries. Serve this luscious pie with whipped cream or ice cream. Posted in response to a recipe request.
