I found this one in the "Mystic Seaport All Seasons Cookbook" and it sounds wonderful. It's a frosty toast to fresh peaches! This does contain alcohol

Ingredients

1 (6 ounce) can frozen limeade concentrate, undiluted
3/4 cup vodka
2 medium peaches, unpeeled, sliced and pitted
1/4 cup peach schnapps
cracked ice
peach slices (optional)

Steps:

Combine limeade concentrate, vodka, peaches and schnapps in a blender; process until smooth.
Gradually add ice, processing until mixture reaches desired consistancy.
Serve in stemmed glasses garnished with peach slice (if desired).
