Rich with coffee and condensed milk, these chocolatey Fudge Balls are amazingly easy to make. Just melt, mix and roll in your choice of yummy coatings.

8 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup freshly brewed MAXWELL HOUSE Coffee or YUBAN Coffee
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
suggested coatings: unsweetened cocoa powder, ground pecans or Walnuts, graham cracker crumbs, finely crushed cookies, toasted BAKER'S ANGEL FLAKE Coconut

Steps:

  • Microwave chocolate, milk and coffee in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted, stirring after 1 min. Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
  • Stir in nuts and vanilla. Spread into 8-inch square pan. Refrigerate 2 hours or until firm enough to handle.
  • Shape into 1-inch balls. Roll in desired coatings.

2 tablespoons butter
1 2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups mini marshmallows
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup finely chopped candied pineapple or 1/2 cup dried apricot

Steps:

  • Combine butter, sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat; bring to a boil, cook 4-5 minutes, stirring constantly (start timing when mixture starts to bubble around the edges of pan).
  • Remove from heat; add marshmallows, chocolate chips, vanilla, walnuts, raisins and candied pineapple OR apricots.
  • Stir vigorously for 1 minute (until marshmallows melt and are blended), working quickly, drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper.
  • Store in an airtight covered container, in the fridge or out of the fridge.

1 cup margarine
2 eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
3 1/2 cups rolled oats
12 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup nuts, chopped (optional)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk

Steps:

  • For cookie dough cream together margarine and sugar.
  • Mix in eggs and vanilla.
  • In separate bowl sift flour, soda and salt.
  • Add dry ingredients to creamed mixture. Set aside while you make the filling.
  • For fudge filling: in a saucepan over boiling water, mix chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, margarine and salt.
  • Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
  • Remove from heat and stir in nuts (if using) and vanilla.
  • Spread about 2/3 of the dough in bottom of greased 15x10 inch jelly roll pan (or one 9x13 and one 9x9 inch pan).
  • Cover with fudge filling.
  • Dot with remainder of dough.
  • Bake in 350F oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until lightly browned.

3 cups uncooked oatmeal (whole, not "quick")
12-oz. package of semisweet chocolate chips (preferably not generic)
1 can sweetened condensed milk
2 Tbs. butter
2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. salt
1 cup chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • Cream butter and sugar. Mix in eggs and vanilla extract. In a separate bowl, sift flour, baking soda and salt together. Stir in oats. Add creamed mix to dry ingredients. Stir well and set aside.
  • Melt chocolate chips in saucepan. Over low heat, stir in condensed milk, butter and salt. Add walnuts and vanilla. Spread 2/3 of oat mix in 9"x13" pan. Cover with chocolate mix. Dot with remaining oat mix and swirl. (Chocolate will not all be covered.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25 min. until top is browned. Let cool and cut into bars.

Steps:

  • Line a 13x9-in. pan with foil; butter the foil with 1 tablespoon butter and set aside. Break German chocolate into 1-in. pieces; place in a bowl. Add the chocolate chips and marshmallow creme; set aside., In a large saucepan, bring the sugar, milk and remaining butter to a boil over medium heat, stirring often. 3 cups sugar
1 cup whole milk
1/4 cup honey
1/8 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon shortening
3 cups chopped walnuts

Steps:

  • In a large heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Add sugar, milk, honey and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Cover and continue to boil for 2 minutes. Uncover and cook, without stirring, until a candy thermometer reads 240° (soft-ball stage). Remove from the heat; stir in vinegar. , Let cool to 110°. 1 cup confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups cake flour
1 cup chopped pecans
½ cup confectioners' sugar for rolling

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • In a large bowl, cream together the butter, 1 cup confectioners' sugar and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the cake flour, then fold in the pecans. Roll dough into 1 inch balls and place them 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheets.
