1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon gluten free vanilla
1/2 cup gluten-free flour, baking blend
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon xanthan gum

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease an 8×8x2 pan (or a 9 x 12 pan if doubling recipe) or 12 muffin tins. (You can line the pan with parchment paper so that you can easily lift out the brownies and slice them when they are done.).
  • Melt butter in a sauce pan or in a 1 quart container in the microwave. Remove from heat. Add cocoa until blended, then add sugar and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time. Stir in vanilla, flour, salt & xanthan gum - do not overmix.
  • Bake 25-30 minutes (less if using muffin tins).
  • Cool and serve.

Steps:

  • Grease a 6" round cake pan with cooking spray. In a medium bowl, whisk to combine sugar, cocoa powder, flour, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a small bowl, whisk melted butter and egg until combined. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until combined.
  • Transfer brownie batter to prepared cake pan and smooth top. Cook in air fryer at 350° for 16-18 minutes. Let cool 10 minutes before slicing.

  • Pour the batter into a greased and floured 8-inch square pan and bake for 45 minutes. Check for doneness with the tried-and-true toothpick method: a toothpick inserted into the center of the pan should come out clean. When it's done, remove to a rack to cool. Resist the temptation to cut into it until it's mostly cool.

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
⅓ cup vegetable oil
½ cup boiling water
2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
⅓ cup vegetable oil
1 ⅓ cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the cocoa and baking soda. Add 1/3 cup vegetable oil and boiling water. Mix until well blended and thickened. Stir in the sugar, eggs, and remaining 1/3 cup oil. Finally, add the flour, vanilla and salt; mix just until all of the flour is absorbed. Spread evenly into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.

1 cup unsalted butter
2 1/4 cups sugar
4 large eggs
1 1/4 cups cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups flour
2 cups mini chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350 and lightly grease a 9x13 pan.
  • In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter, then add the sugar and stir to combine. Heat just until the mixture is hot, but don't let it bubble. Watch for it to start looking shiny as you stir it.
  • As the butter is heating, n a large bowl beat the 4 eggs until they are fluffy and well blended.
  • Add in the cocoa, salt, baking powder, and vanilla and mix till smooth.
  • Add the hot butter & sugar mixture to the egg & cocoa mixture, stirring until smooth.
  • Add the flour and chocolate chips, again stirring until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into your prepared pan. Bake for about 30 minutes or until the edges of the brownies look set and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean. It's ok if a few crumbs stick to the toothpick...the middle should be very moist, but not unbaked!

⅛ teaspoon baking powder
⅛ teaspoon salt
1 cup white sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, softened
2 eggs
2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened baking chocolate, melted
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup coarsely chopped walnuts
1 teaspoon powdered sugar, or to taste

Steps:

  • Grease and flour an 8x8-inch square pan.
  • Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together in a bowl.
  • Beat sugar and butter together in a large bowl with an electric mixer until light and fluffy. Beat in eggs until a smooth batter forms. Beat in chocolate and vanilla extract. Stir in the flour mixture until just incorporated; fold in walnuts. Spread batter into the prepared square pan.
  • Place pan in the air fryer basket. Place on the lowest rack in air fryer oven and cook at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 18 to 25 minutes.
  • Cool completely in the pan, about 30 minutes. Cut into 9 squares and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
