Steps:
- Place dates and mango in a blender or food processor; pulse until very finely chopped. Add Emergen-C® Protein Fuel & Super Foods Pomegranate Mango; pulse to combine.
- Add cashew butter and salt; pulse until well-combined and almost smooth.
- Using your hands, roll 1 tablespoon of mixture into a ball, then roll ball in chopped cashews to coat. Repeat with remaining date mixture and cashews.
