EASY LAYERED DELIGHT
A fast, kid-friendly, no-bake recipe that combines layers of pudding and graham crackers, topped off with cherry pie filling. Very easy and delicious.

Steps:
- Line a 9x9-inch square pan with whole graham crackers (break crackers, if necessary). Prepare pudding with milk as directions indicate; let stand 5 minutes, then blend with whipped topping. Spread half of the pudding mixture over graham crackers. Place another layer of graham crackers on top. Spread remaining pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers. Then spread cherry pie filling over the top. Cover, and refrigerate 3 hours.

Steps:
- Layer fruit and crumbled ladyfingers in 2-1/2-qt. straight-sided glass bowl.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and half the orange zest in large bowl with mixer until well blended. Gradually beat in orange juice. Stir in COOL WHIP; spread over ladyfingers. Sprinkle with remaining zest.
- Refrigerate 1 hour.

FRUIT-LAYERED ISLAND DELIGHT
Mango, pineapple and bananas are layered with fat-free angel food cake pieces, and then covered with a rich almond flavored cream cheese topping. Use purchased angel food cake for easy preparation.

- Place angel food cake cubes in bottom of an oval casserole or trifle dish.
- Combine 1/2 cup coffee creamer and Equal®. Drizzle creamer mixture over cake. Top cake with mango, pineapple and bananas.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually beat in remaining 1 cup coffee creamer. Gently fold in whipped topping.
- Spread cream cheese mixture over fruit. Sprinkle with toasted coconut, if desired. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours before serving.
