- Slice strawberries, kiwis, bananas and pineapple and place in a large bowl.
- Add lemon juice to bowl.
- Add blueberries and mandarin oranges to bowl.
- Add pineapple orange banana concentrate.
- Stir ingredients together.
- Fill small plastic cups with ingredients and freeze.

- Combine the peaches, oranges, pineapple, fruit cocktail, bananas, juice concentrate and lemon juice in a bowl and mix until combined. Place in small disposable plastic cups and cover with plastic wrap or foil. Freeze until firm. Remove from the freezer 45 minutes to 1 hour before serving to thaw.

- Halve 9 cherries and chop up the rest.
- Set aside the halved cherries and 18 oranges for garnishment.
- Add pineapple, chopped cherries, and pecans to cream cheese mixture.

- Line muffin cups with paper or foil cups.

- Cool.
- Combine cooled sugar water with fruit and lemon juice.

- 20 minutes before serving pour 3 tablespoons of ginger ale or Sprite over each cup.

- Once these are frozen I take them out of the pans and put them into a giant zip lock bag and store them in the freezer. Remember to take them out about 20 minutes before serving, so they aren’t hard as rocks! Also don’t stack these or they may melt together!
