INSTANT POT FROZEN PORK LOIN

Steps:
- Hold your pork loin over the instant pot and check to see if it will fit. If it doesn't trim a little off the end until it is a perfect size. You can then use the excess pork loin for another meal.
- Peel and dice your apples and sauté in the instant pot with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. After about 5 minutes add in honey, thyme and deglaze with pork stock.
- Load frozen pork loin into the instant pot and lay it over the apple loaded stock. Season well with salt and pepper. Place the lid on the instant pot, set the valve to sealing and cook for 70 minutes on meat/stew.
- When the instant pot beeps, allow 10 minutes of natural pressure release and then manually release pressure.
- Allow to rest for 5 minutes on your clean chopping board. While it rests drain the fat from the instant pot and load everything else into the blender and blend to make a delicious pork gravy. Load sliced pork loin onto plates and serve with your pork gravy and any sides. For example, we had ours with cubed sweet potatoes.

- Whisk together all ingredients and pour into pressure cooker.
- Unwrap your frozen pork loin and place it into your pot.
- Close lid and steam valve and set to high pressure for 20 minutes followed by 20 minutes of natural releasing the steam.
- Open lid, lift loin out and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Pour juice from pot on top once sliced and served with mashed potatoes or other sides.

- Turn on a multi-functional pressure cooker (such as Instant Pot®) and select Saute function. Add butter once the pot is hot. Add onion and stir frequently until soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes. Add garlic base and pour in water. Stir to combine.
- Mix all-purpose seasoning and shallot salt together in a bowl and sprinkle on both sides of the pork chops. Nestle pork chops on top of the onion. Hit Cancel. Seal and lock the lid into place.
- Select high pressure according to manufacturer's instructions; set timer for 13 minutes. Allow 10 to 15 minutes for pressure to build.
- Release pressure using the natural-release method according to manufacturer's instructions for 12 minutes. Release remaining pressure carefully using the quick-release method according to manufacturer's instructions, about 5 minutes. Unlock and remove the lid.
- Remove pork chops to a plate. Hit Cancel and switch to Saute function. Add mushrooms and stir.
- Whisk whipping cream, flour, and browning sauce together in a measuring cup. Add mixture to the Instant Pot®. Allow to thicken slightly, about 3 minutes. Ladle mushroom gravy on top of pork chops. Serve immediately.
