FROZEN TEXAS PUNCH WITH A PUNCH
YUMMY! YUMMY! YUMMY! Great for a hot patio party! This makes a huge batch which you will need to make plenty of room in the freezer and have a BIG container. I use a big tupperware cake taker. WATCH YOURSELF WITH THIS DRINK, IT IS STRONG!

Steps:
- Make simple syrup boiling 1 & 1/2 cups sugar and 1 cup water for 3 minutes, cool completely.
- Use only 1 & 1/2 cans of the limeade.
- Mix all ingredients in large container and add 5 cans of water using the large lemonade can (60 oz of water).
- Freeze.
- Stir after 8 hours.
- Keep frozen for a slush.

FROZEN JUICE PUNCH
This is a punch to use when you need something at the last minute. It is wonderful served this way, or you can make it up ahead and freeze and serve later. If you like slushes, freeze it in an distilled water jug and shake it often as it thaws. Once it reaches the slush stage, just pour and enjoy.

GARDEN-OF-EVIL PUNCH
Beckoning jewel-toned fruits are cleverly frozen into a block of ice using a cake pan, then floated atop a Halloween punch spiked with sake and plum wine. Pomegranate juice gives the drink a very apt blood-red hue.

- Fill an 8-inch cake pan with 1/2 inch water; freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
- Arrange fruits evenly in pan, reserving a few cherries and a handful each of sliced kumquats and pomegranate seeds for serving. Fill pan with water halfway up sides of fruit (do not overfill, or ice will cover fruit); freeze until solid, at least 4 hours.
- In a large bowl, combine sake, wine, and pomegranate juice. When ready to serve, run warm water around edges of pan to loosen ice mold; gently unmold and float in bowl. Add reserved cherries to bowl with edible leaves. To serve, ladle punch into glasses, then top with seltzer and reserved pomegranate seeds and kumquats.
