Steps:
- Drain canned fruit (make sure to drain it well!) into a bowl reserving ¾ cup of juice. Discard the rest of the juice. In a large bowl, whisk together the ¾ cup juice and instant vanilla pudding for two minutes - will be thick. Fold in cool whip then add drained fruit and marshmallows and mix. Finally. Cover tightly and chill for at least 2 hours before serving. Everything will thicken as it chills.
WEIGHT WATCHER PUDDING JELLO FRUIT FLUFF (WW)
I got this at my WW meeting. The nice thing about this is that you can use any combination of pudding and jello and (most) fruits that you want. I've also used frozen no sugar added raspberries, and strawberries and left out the fruit cocktail - this recipe is only limited by your imagination!! Oh - and the best part is it's only 1 point for a whole cup!!

FRUIT SALAD (COMBINATION OF FRESH, CANNED, AND FROZEN FRUITS)
This is a delightful fruit salad that always draws rave reviews anytime I fix it at home or take it to showers or carry-ins. The "secret ingredient" is a box of instant French Vanilla pudding! You really can substitute fresh fruits for canned or frozen or visa versa, so I'm going to list the combination that I usually use. Any time I use canned fruits, I use them in their own juice, and you can substitute sugar free pudding as well.

FROZEN FRUIT FLUFF
The credit for this one goes to Deb Palmer. Found the recipe in an old magazine. It looks wonderful! I haven't tried it yet but i can just picture eating this on a beautiful Summer day. Placing it here so i don't forget about it (and to run it through the nutrition analyzer) Ofcoarse using fat free/sugar free ingredients will help cut the calories! Cooking time is freezer time.
