- In a blender, combine the orange juice, milk, water, sugar and vanilla. Cover and blend until smooth. With blender running, add ice cubes, one at a time, through the opening in lid. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.

- LINE 9x5-inch loaf pan with foil. Spread sherbet onto bottom of prepared pan to form even layer. Freeze 10 minute
- MEANWHILE, beat cream cheese in large bowl with mixer until creamy. Gradually add condensed milk and juice, beating until blended. Gently stir in COOL WHIP. Spread over sherbet in pan.
- FREEZE 3 hours. To unmold, invert pan onto plate; remove foil.

Very refreshing--Similar to a orange julius. You can also add some vanilla protein powder to this drink for a meal replacement. Kids also love the taste of this. I adapted this from a recipe from "At Home with Family and Friends" cookbook from Cornerstone Television.

- Add and blend protein powder if desired.

- In 2-3 quart pitcher, combine water, orange juice con., lemon juice con., and sugar.
- Stir til sugar dissolves.
- Chill.
- Just before serving, add ginger ale.
- Scoop sherbet into glasses, pour in juice mixture.
- Garnish the edge of the glass with another scoop of sherbet, and an orange slice.
- Garnish top with a sprig of fresh mint leaves.
- Serve immediately.
- Makes 2 quarts.
- *Champagne can be substituted for the ginger ale, too! ;).
