FRIED SALMON WITH BROCCOLI AND CHEESE
This is how you make a delicious, fresh and healthful dish in just half an hour! Salmon and broccoli go perfectly together - both taste and colour.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C)
- Cut the broccoli into smaller florets and let simmer in lightly salted water for a couple of minutes. Make sure the broccoli maintains its chewy texture and delicate colour.
- Place the drained broccoli in a well-greased baking dish. Add butter and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle cheese on top of the broccoli and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes or until the cheese turns a golden colour.
- In the meantime, season the salmon with salt and pepper and fry in plenty of butter, a few minutes on each side. The lime can be fried in the pan.
PARMESAN FRIED BROCCOLI
My mom got this recipe from somewhere and it is one of our family's favorites! We make this for most of our parties, and then just because. It tastes great with lots of parmesan cheese melted on top.
