- In a 9-in. round disposable foil pan, combine the first seven ingredients. Dot with butter. Cover with heavy-duty foil; seal edges tightly. , Grill, covered, over medium heat for 12-15 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Remove foil carefully to allow steam to escape. Fluff with a fork.

- Heat grill to medium-high heat.
- Toss shrimp with 1/4 cup dressing. Let stand 10 min. Drain; discard dressing. Thread shrimp evenly onto 4 skewers.
- Stack 3 (14-inch) squares of foil. Fold foil in half, then double-fold 2 opposite sides to make pouch. Spoon rice, zucchini and peppers into pouch. Gradually add broth and remaining dressing. Double-fold foil at top of pouch to seal.
- Grill packet 10 to 15 min. or until liquid is absorbed. Remove from grill. Let stand 5 min. Meanwhile, grill shrimp skewers 5 min. or until shrimp turn pink.
- Spoon rice mixture onto platter; top with shrimp and onions.

- Prepare a grill for medium heat.
- Put the chicken, beans, rice, salsa, pickled jalapenos, tomato paste, chili powder, turmeric and 3/4 teaspoon salt in a large bowl and toss to combine. Divide the chicken-rice mixture evenly among the pie pans, spreading it out in an even layer. Pour 1/2 cup of chicken broth into each pie pan.
- Cover each pan tightly with foil. Put the pans on the grill, close the grill lid and cook for 20 minutes. Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes.
- Carefully remove the foil from each pan (hot steam will escape). The liquid should be absorbed, the rice tender and the chicken cooked through. Sprinkle each with some scallions.

- Heat a grill to about 375 degrees F.
- Add potato pieces to a large pot of water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 minutes, just to jump-start the cooking process. Drain.
- Arrange 4 (12x18-inch) sheets of Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil on a clean work surface.
- Divide the shrimp, slightly cooked potatoes, kielbasa and corn atop the 4 pieces of foil, piling in the center. Add 1 tablespoon butter to each pile. Drizzle each with 1 tablespoon olive oil, sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce and sprinkle generously with Creole seasoning. Squeeze a lemon wedge over each pile and add the rind to the mixture. Sprinkle with black pepper.
- Wrap each piece of foil into a tightly sealed pouch. Place on the grill. Cover. Allow to cook and steam for 15 to 18 minutes until the shrimp and potatoes are cooked through.
- Serve by carefully unwrapping the foil and serving with slices of bread and hot sauce.
