Ingredients

4 lb hamburger meat
3 lg. onions, chopped med. -fine
2 cans (28 oz. each) tomatoes
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 cans (6 oz. each) tomato paste
2 Tbsp chili powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
1 can (46 oz.) ranch-style beans
**Toppings to main serving...
3 bag s Fritos - regular size
24 oz box instant rice cooked
2 lb grated longhorn cheese
3 medium onions, chopped fine
2 heads shredded lettuce
7 tomatoes, chopped (approx.)
3 cans chopped ripe olives
1 lb chopped pecans
14 oz coconut
2 large jars picante sauce

Steps:

Brown meat and onion. Drain off grease. Add everything except beans. Simmer at least 1 hour. Add beans and heat.
Top each serving with the following ingredients in order: (if you don't like a particular taste, such as coconut, don't add it to your plate)
1. Fritos
2. Rice
3. Meat sauce
4. Cheese
5. Onion
6. Lettuce
7. Tomatoes
8. Olives
9. Pecans
10. Coconut
11. Picante sauce
