1 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise or MIRACLE WHIP Dressing
1 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 clove garlic, minced

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix ingredients until blended.
  • Spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate.
  • Bake 20 to 25 min. or until lightly browned.

1 (8 ounce) can artichoke hearts (drained)
1 3/4 cups parmesan cheese (grated)
2 cups mayonnaise
3 garlic cloves

Steps:

  • Mash drained artichokes with fork.
  • Combine cream cheese, parmesan cheese, mayonnaise, and garlic with the artichoke hearts.
  • Put in ovenproof dish.
  • Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes or unit heated through.
  • Serve with bread and/or chips.

1 cup mayonnaise
8 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 dash garlic salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350F and lightly spritz a baking dish with cooking spray (Pam).
  • Mix all ingredients together in a quiche dish or 9 X 9 glass casserole dish.

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

Steps:

  • Drain artichoke.
  • Place in mixing bowl, mash, add cream cheese, mayo, mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
  • Blend well, turn into shallow baking dish.
  • Bake 15 minutes@ 350 or until bubbly.

I tend to like recipes offered by food purveyors because they're usually simple and they taste good most of the time. This is a good one from Kraft. Given it's simplicity, it's pretty impressive. Beginner chefs can enjoy preparing (and eating) this one.

14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and chopped (I use Polar brand)
1 cup fresh parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup Miracle Whip
2 roma tomatoes, chopped
2 scallions, chopped
cooking spray

Steps:

  • After draining the artichokes, I DO NOT rinse them before chopping them up in order to maintain a good flavor. Blend all ingredients except tomatoes and scallions.
  • Spray a 9-inch pie plate with the cooking spray and pour in the dip mix. Bake in a pre-heated 350-degree F. oven for 20-25 minutes, or until lightly browned on top.
  • After removing from oven, sprinkle the tomato and scallions on top of the dip.
  • Serve warm with pita bread triangles, crackers or, cut-up vegetables.

The title says it all. This is the most crowd pleasing, demanded recipe I have ever made. I know there are thousands of artichoke dip recipes, but this one is slightly different from the others posted (slightly easier!) This is from "The Best of Bridge" series of cookbooks.....and I love it and hope you do too!

1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 garlic clove
1 tablespoon lemon juice (roughly)

Steps:

  • Chop the artichoke hearts, mince the garlic clove, and combine all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Place the mixture in a small casserole dish. It fits nicely in a shallow 9 or 10 inch oval dish.
  • Bake for 10 minutes at 350°F, or until the surface is beginning to brown.
  • Serve hot with a soft baguette, crackers or chips. Enjoy!
