8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
8 slices swiss cheese
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 cup dry white wine
3/4 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix, crushed
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Arrange chicken in greased casserole dish. Top each chicken breast with cheese slice.
  • Combine soup with wine, mixing well. Spoon sauce over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing. Drizzle melted butter over stuffing.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.

6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
3 KRAFT Big Slice Swiss Cheese Slices, halved
1 can (10-3/4 oz.) reduced-sodium condensed cream of chicken soup

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Prepare stuffing as directed on package.
  • Place chicken in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese, soup and stuffing.
  • Bake 30 min. or until chicken is done (165°F).

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 Chicken Breasts (or enough to fill pan)
6 Slices Swiss Cheese
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1/4 cup milk
Stove Top Turkey Stuffing (about 1/2 box)
¼ c butter

Steps:

  • Cover bottom of pan with chicken.
  • Lay Swiss Cheese over chicken.
  • Mix 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1/4 cup milk.
  • Pour mixture over chicken.
  • Top with 1/2 bag (or more) of Stove Top Turkey Stuffing.
  • Drizzle 1/4 cup butter on top.
  • Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes.
  • Serve over rice.
  • FREEZER INSTRUCTIONS - After pouring cream of chicken mixture over chicken go ahead and freeze. When you are ready to cook it, pull it out of the freezer and let it thaw in fridge (preferable overnight). Then complete the rest of the instructions (top with stuffing/butter & bake).

A few months ago I made this great sesame chicken that my mother and I loved.... problem was it was one of those dinners where I added a little of this... a little of that.... and could not for the life of me remember what on earth I put in it!! So after months of tinkering in the kitchen I FINALLY came up with the recipe last night, and wrote down all the ingredients!! Enjoy!

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/3 cup chicken broth
1 -2 tablespoon sesame oil (to personal taste)
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 tablespoon brown sugar
1 dash red chili pepper flakes
2 teaspoons cornstarch (or more is you want a thicker sauce)
4 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon sherry wine
1/2 teaspoon Chinese five spice powder (optional)
2 drops sesame oil
cornstarch, to coat
vegetable oil (for frying) or peanut oil (for frying)
sesame seeds (to garnish)
sliced green onion (to garnish)
prepared rice, to serve

Steps:

  • Combine chicken ingredients except cornstarch and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the fridge.
  • Remove chicken from marinade and toss in cornstarch then cook chicken in hot oil on the stove top until cooked thru. Remove from pan and keep warm in oven while making the sauce.
  • Combine all sauce ingredients EXCEPT cornstarch in a sauce pan and bring to a boil over med. heat.
  • Mix cornstarch with a little water (about 1/4 cup) in a cup until disolved then slowly add to the sauce mixture on the stove and heat until thickened to you liking.
  • Add chicken to sauce on the stove until heated thru.
  • Remove and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions and finally enjoy!

3 lbs chicken breasts, boneless skinless
4 1/2 ounces dried beef
16 ounces sour cream
1/2 lb swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9X13 pan with non stick spray. Line the bottom of the pan with half of the package of sliced of dried beef.
  • Layer chicken on top of dried beef.
  • Layer swiss cheese on top of chicken.
  • Layer with remaining dried beef.
  • Spread 16 ounce container of sour cream over the dried beef. I normally put dollops all around and then spread it carefully as though I were icing a cake.
  • Place in oven uncovered and bake for approximately 70 minutes. Depending on your oven, it may take a bit more time. The chicken will be fork tender.

4 chicken breast fillets, skin removed (about 200g each)
seasoned all-purpose flour
90 g butter
1 garlic clove
3/4 cup dry white wine
1 teaspoon French mustard
1/2 cup cream
3 shallots or 3 spring onions
4 slices ham
4 slices swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Dust chicken breasts with the seasoned flour.
  • Heat the butter in frying pan; add crushed garlic and chicken; saute gently until chicken is lightly golden brown.
  • Add wine; bring to the boil.
  • Reduce heat; simmer covered 20 minutes or until chicken is tender; remove chicken from the pan.
  • Trim ham and cheese to approximately same size as chicken.
  • Put a slice of ham on each chicken fillet, then top with cheese.
  • Put on a heatproof serving dish.
  • Cook in a moderate oven, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
  • While chicken is in oven, bring liquid to the boil; boil uncovered until approximately a half a cup of liquid remains in pan.
  • Reduce heat, add cream, chopped shallots and mustard; stir until combined.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Pour sauce over chicken.
