Number Of Ingredients 3

Ingredients

1/2 cup or 115g organic butter (, unsalted)
4-6 cloves of black garlic (, to taste)
1/4 - 1/2 teaspoon salt (, to taste (I used Maldon and it makes a nice difference))

Steps:

Combine all ingredients together, until smooth
Roll into a log in parchment paper
Store in fridge for 2-3 weeks and in freezer for months
Serve by slicing a disc off the end of the log; melt onto steak or baked potato

3 1/2 sticks salted butter
16 cloves garlic, finely pressed
Coarse sea salt

Steps:

Melt the butter in a skillet over medium-low heat, then add the garlic and salt. Cook for a couple of minutes to release the flavor, but don't let the garlic brown.

Rustle up some garlic butter to make garlic bread, slather on pizza bases or serve with dough balls. You can add parsley, if you like

100g butter , softened
1 garlic clove , crushed
2 tsp finely chopped parsley (optional)

Steps:

Stir the butter, garlic and parsley, if using, together in a small bowl. Season with a little salt (only if using unsalted butter) and black pepper. If the butter is too cold to mix, warm the ingredients in a small pan until melted and combined, then leave to cool. Will keep for up to one week in the fridge.
