Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Heat a cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- For the sauce: Stir up the sour cream, horseradish, mustard, chives, dill and garlic in a small bowl and adjust salt to taste.
- For the burgers: Arrange the bacon on wire-rack-lined rimmed baking sheet or slotted pan. Bake until very crisp, 12 to 14 minutes.
- Combine the beef with grated onion, salt and pepper and Worcestershire sauce and score into 4 portions. Form 4 patties of the beef mixture thinner at center than edges for even cooking. Cook patties in a little oil, about 7 minutes, turning occasionally. Then melt 2 slices of cheese on the patties for a minute or so.
- While the patties cook, toast the English muffins. Lightly butter bottoms and add thinly sliced dill pickle chips.
- Place burgers on buttered side of muffin and top with 3 half-slices of bacon, watercress and horseradish sauce.
TRADITIONAL ENGLISH MUFFINS RECIPE BY TASTY

- Warm up the milk at 45°C, mix in the yeast, and set aside.
- Combine flour, salt, water, sugar, and butter. Then, add the milk mixture to the flour bowl.
- Knead dough until homogenous.
- Rest for 1.5 hours at room temperature (or let rest overnight in the fridge).
- Roll out dough and with a cookie cutter and cut circles to form English muffins. Let circles rise for 45 minutes.
- Sprinkle with corn meal and cook on low heat, until golden brown on each side.
- Serve warm, accompanied by jam and butter.

ENGLISH MUFFIN EGG SANDWICHES
Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat 2 tsp. oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms, red pepper, onion and seasonings; cook and stir until mushrooms are tender, 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan. , Wipe skillet clean. Heat remaining 2 tsp. oil over medium heat. Add eggs; cook and stir just until eggs are thickened and no liquid egg remains. Add vegetables; heat through, stirring gently., Spread muffin bottoms with cream cheese; top with egg mixture. Replace tops.

I've used this delicious recipe for about 29 years. They are very good... much better than any store-bought English Muffins I've ever had.

Steps:
- Warm the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat. Mix in the sugar, stirring until dissolved. Let cool until lukewarm. In a small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine the milk, yeast mixture, shortening and 3 cups flour. Beat until smooth. Add salt and rest of flour, or enough to make a soft dough. Knead. Place in greased bowl, cover, and let rise.
- Punch down. Roll out to about 1/2 inch thick. Cut rounds with biscuit cutter, drinking glass, or empty tuna can. Sprinkle waxed paper with cornmeal and set the rounds on this to rise. Dust tops of muffins with cornmeal also. Cover and let rise 1/2 hour.
- Heat greased griddle. Cook muffins on griddle about 10 minutes on each side on medium heat. Keep baked muffins in a warm oven until all have been cooked. Allow to cool and place in plastic bags for storage. To use, split and toast. Great with orange butter, or cream cheese and jam.

Healthy, quick & delicious burger you can whip up in less than 15 minutes. I recommend using 93% lean ground beef & serving it on whole wheat double fiber english muffins to make it extra healthy. Nice alternative to the greasy burger, but still satisfies that burger craving!

Steps:
- Season the ground beef with salt and pepper.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce and garlic powder. Be careful not to over mix, as this may cause beef to become tough.
- Form into 4 patties.
- Spray non-stick cooking spray on frying pan. Fry each burger over medium high heat, approximately 3 minutes each side (do not press down).
- While beef is frying, toast english muffins.
- Serve burger on english muffin with slice of cheese and choice of garnishes.

These were born in Inwood, NY, where I live, in honor of the farmer's market that sells the freshest ingredients every Saturday. It is an alternate version of the All-American favorite. Serve with 'the works' (onions, relish, mustard, ketchup, mayo) on toasted English muffins.

- Mix the beef, sun-dried tomato, green onions, garlic, bell pepper, egg, bread crumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper together in a bowl using your hands to assure the ingredients are equally integrated. Form into 8 1/2-inch thick patties.
- Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burgers in the hot skillet until cooked to your desired degree of doneness, 5 to 6 minutes per side for well done. - Prepare Cuisinart 360° Griddle Cooking Center by seasoning the cooktop, then turn one side to low and the other to medium.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground pork, maple bacon seasoning, and dijon mustard. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and form into 4 equal-sized patties slightly wider than the English muffins.
