1 slice center-cut slice of watermelon, 1 to 2 inches thick
2 tablespoons creamy peanut butter
½ banana
1 teaspoon honey, or to taste
1 tablespoon chopped peanuts

Steps:

Cut watermelon slice into 8 wedges, but keep them together for a nice presentation. Pat dry with a paper towel or clean dishcloth.
Spread peanut butter evenly over the watermelon, stopping at the rind. Top with sliced banana. Drizzle with honey and top with peanuts. Serve immediately.

1 Large slice of watermelon ((sliced from the middle is best))
4 tbsp 0% Greek yogurt
2 Large strawberries (diced)
6 Raspberries
10 Blueberries
4 Almonds (chopped)
1 tbsp Desiccated coconut
Chocolate syrup ((optional))
Mint leaves ((optional))

Steps:

Slice the watermelon to get a large round.
Spread the yogurt on the watermelon slice.
Add the strawberries, raspberries and blueberries.
Sprinkle with the chopped nuts and coconut.
Add the mint leaves and drizzle with chocolate syrup (both optional).
