EGYPTIAN PALACE BREAD (DESSERT)
3 ingredients in this simple dessert recipe! It is sweet, tastes a little like a simple bread pudding, and is pretty rich so a small slice is plenty. Posted for Zaar World Tour III. Cook time includes chilling time.

Steps:
- Remove the crust from the bread. Soak the slices in honey for at least a half hour. Lightly grease a small deep baking dish. Using a spatula, pile the slices of bread evenly, one on top of another, in the baking dish.
- Bake in a 300 degrees oven for 45 minutes.
- Cool and chill in the refrigerator. Slice and top with heavy cream.

You can also use other breads like an oat bread but make sure the bread is firm so that it will hold the honey and not fall apart when placing the slices in the baking dish~

Steps:
- 1. Prepare oven to 300*F degrees. Lightly grease baking dish. With a knife remove the crust from each slice of bread, then soak bread in honey for 30 minutes.
- 2. With a spatula take each slice of bread stacking them on top of each other evenly throughout baking dish. Bake 45 minutes at 300*F. Let cool in refrigerator completely.
- 3. Once cooled completely cut into slices and serve with Heavy Cream. ***Some have found to serve this slightly warm and still tastes delicious... It's fast and easy to make***

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk flour and salt together in a bowl; form a well in the center. Add milk and oil; mix until smooth dough forms.
- Turn dough out onto a lightly-floured work surface; knead until smooth and pliable, 10 to 15 minutes. Set dough aside to rest for 15 minutes.
- Divide dough into 4 equal pieces; roll out each piece with a rolling pin to 1/4-inch thickness. Arrange on prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, 8 to 10 minutes.

- Ful Medames. The most popular street food snack in Egypt, Ful is a paste of mashed broad (fava) beans flavored with garlic and olive oil. It is labeled out of large copper pots, often into pockets of pitta bread and typically sold as an inexpensive takeaway sandwich.
