1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 teaspoons sugar
2 teaspoons sweet pickle relish
1 teaspoon white onion, finely minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 dash black pepper

Steps:

  • Combine all of the ingredients in a small bowl. Stir well.
  • Place dressing in a covered container and refrigerate for several hours, stirring occasionally, so that the sugar dissolves and the flavors blend.

2 cups mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
1 (2.25 ounce) can sliced black olives with red jalapeno
¼ cup sweet pickle relish
2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons kosher salt, or more to taste
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, or more to taste
1 teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon chipotle pepper powder
2 hard-boiled eggs

Steps:

  • Stir mayonnaise, olives, tomato paste, horseradish, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chipotle pepper powder together in a bowl.
  • Crumble egg yolks into mayonnaise mixture. Chop whites and stir into mayonnaise mixture until dressing is thick and creamy. Season with kosher salt and pepper as needed, cover with plastic wrap, and chill in the refrigerator until flavors blend, at least 30 minutes.

3 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3 tablespoons minced red bell pepper

Steps:

  • Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, milk, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, 1/4 teaspoon salt and the chipotle in a blender; pulse until smooth, about 1 minute. Transfer to a bowl, then stir in the relish and bell pepper.

I find this to be quick to make and tasty. I use Veganaise, which is a dairy and egg free mayo, which I love. You can use any low fat mayo in its place. I prefer to use dill pickle relish, although you can use sweet pickle relish as well.

1 tablespoon finely chopped green olives
1 jalapeno, finely chopped

Steps:

  • In a bowl combine yogurt, vegetable oil, tomato sauce, lemon juice, mustard powder, sugar, salt, and pepper. Whisk together until blended. Add onion, sweet relish, olives, and jalapeno and whisk to combine evenly. Chill 1 hour.
