A chocolate pat-in-the-pan pie crust makes easy work of this special edition chocolate-plus pie!

3/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup finely chopped pecans or walnuts
2 tablespoons unsweetened baking cocoa
1/2 cup milk
32 large marshmallows
1/3 cup Irish cream liqueur
1 1/2 cups whipping cream
Grated semisweet baking chocolate, if desired

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. In medium bowl, mix all crust ingredients until soft dough forms. Press firmly and evenly against bottom and side of ungreased 9-inch glass pie plate. Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool completely on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.
  • In 3-quart saucepan, heat milk and marshmallows over low heat, stirring constantly, just until marshmallows are melted. Refrigerate about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from a spoon. (If mixture becomes too thick, place saucepan in bowl of warm water; stir mixture until proper consistency.) Gradually stir in liqueur.
  • In chilled medium bowl, beat whipping cream with electric mixer on high speed until stiff. Fold marshmallow mixture into whipped cream. Spread in pie crust. Sprinkle with grated chocolate. Cover; refrigerate until set, at least 4 hours but no longer than 48 hours. Store in refrigerator.

Steps:

  • preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • combine cookie crumbs, butter and 3 tablespoons bailey's in a medium bowl.
  • press evenly on bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie plate.
  • bake 3 minutes.
  • beat cream cheese, milk and remaining bailey's in a large bowl.
  • add pudding mix beat until well blended and then add cool whip.
  • spoon unto prepared crust and chill for 1-2 hours or until firm.
  • just before serving garnish with additional whipped topping that is tinted green with food coloring and/ or chocalote curls.

1 chocolate cookie crumb crust (6 oz.)
3/4 cup chopped sliced almonds, toasted, divided
2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
1-1/2 cups cold milk
1/4 cup Irish cream liqueur
1 tub (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided

Steps:

  • Mix chocolate and condensed milk until blended; spread onto bottom of crust. Sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Beat pudding mixes, milk and liqueur in large bowl with whisk 2 min. (Pudding will be thick.) Spread 1-1/2 cups pudding over ingredients in crust. Stir half the COOL WHIP into remaining pudding; spread over pudding layer in crust. Cover with remaining COOL WHIP; sprinkle with remaining nuts.

1 crumb pie crust of your choosing (this one will be chocolate sandwich cookie)
1 tub of whiped cream
1 box of chocolate pudding mix
1 1/2 c milk
6 chopped or crushed chocolate sandwich cookies

Steps:

  • 1. combine pudding mix and milk beat for a couple minutes or until lump free. chill for 15 minutes
  • 2. portion the whiped cream and pudding into halves, mix one half of the pudding mixture with one half of the whiped cream GENTLEY! place back into the frige, spread remaining pudding mix into the bottem of the crust.
  • 3. grab the whiped cream and pudding mixture from the fridge stir a little to loosen, spread over top of pudding layer, top with remaining whiped cream!
  • 4. sprinkle cookie pieces on top for extra flair just before serving. (if you do this last step in advance the cookies will get mushy, and thats grose)
