EASY SWISS CHICKEN BAKE
An easy one dish meal that everyone will love. This recipe makes a decadent sauce that goes great on rice or noodles.

Steps:
- Season the chicken on both sides with the salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, paprika and dried parsley , add a couple of tablespoons to a skillet and sear the chicken on both sides for just a few minutes on each side. You just want the chicken to have a golden brown color but not cooked through.
- Add the chicken to a baking dish, then in a bowl, whisk the soup with the wine, the gravy master or soy sauce, then season to taste with the same seasonings you used on the chicken. Pour over the chicken.
- Dot the top of the chicken with little pats of butter, then cover all the chicken with the swiss cheese. Cover loosely with a piece of foil and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, then uncovered for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and let rest for 10 to 15 minutes.
- Serve the chicken with cooked rice and a hearty serving of the delicious sauce that this dish makes.
SWISS CHICKEN
This is a wonderful recipe. This was given to our family years ago by a good friend through the Boy Scouts. My brother would eat it all if he was allowed to and now my children who are both little love this dish. For people on a low budget this is an easy meal to make and it is easy to reheat. My mother, who does not eat chicken, loves the topping of this dish.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F(175 degrees C).

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Place chicken in a large baking dish. Scatter mushrooms around and sprinkle with Swiss cheese. In a small bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and chicken broth. Pour sauce mixture over chicken.
- Bake the chicken breasts in the preheated oven until no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 50 minutes. Steps:
- Lightly grease a 13x9 baking dish and place chicken breasts in dish.
- Season chicken with garlic powder, salt and pepper and italian seasoning (optional).
- Top each chicken breast with 1 or 2 slices of cheese (however you'd like it).
- In a seperate bowl, combine mushroom soup and milk, stir until lumps are gone. Pour over chicken.
- Top with stuffing mix and drizzle melted butter all over.
- Cover. Bake for 45-50 mins @ 350.
- Remove cover, continue to bake for 5-10 minutes to crisp the stuffing.
