PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
• Combine sugar, peanut butter, and egg.
• Shape into 1 inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet. NOTE: If dough is too sticky, refrigerate 1/2 hour or until easy to handle.
• Bake for 10 minutes. Remove cookies from oven. Press a chocolate kiss into the center of each warm cookie.

SUPER-EASY PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 325 degrees F.
• Mix all ingredients with large spoon until well blended.
• Roll into 24 balls; place, 4 inches apart, on baking sheets. Flatten with fork.
• Bake 20 min. or until lightly browned. (Do not overbake.)
• Cool 5 min. on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks. Cool completely.

HERSHEY'S KISS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
• In mixer, beat shortening and peanut butter until well blended; Blend in sugars and beat until light and fluffy.
• Add egg, milk and vanilla; Beat well.
• Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; gradually mix in peanut butter mixture.
• Shape dough into 1-inch balls and rollin additional sugar.
• Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
• Immediately place a Hershey's Kiss on each cookie and press down slightly.

PEANUT BUTTER KISS COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat shortening and peanut butter with a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Gradually add brown sugar and 1/2 cup of the granulated sugar, beating until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add egg, milk, and vanilla; beat on medium-high speed until fully combined and fluffy, about 1 minute. Stir together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl; add to shortening mixture, beating on low speed until fully combined, about 1 minute.
• Roll dough into 36 (1-inch) balls. Place remaining 1/4 cup granulated sugar in a bowl; roll balls in sugar to coat.
• Arrange 12 of the dough balls on prepared baking sheet spaced 2 inches apart. Bake in preheated oven 8 minutes. Remove from oven; immediately press 1 chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Return to oven; bake at 375°F until lightly browned, about 2 minutes. Remove from oven; cool on baking sheet 3 minutes. Transfer cookies to a wire rack. Repeat process 2 times with remaining 24 balls and chocolate kisses. Let cookies cool completely on wire rack, about 20 minutes.

PEANUT BUTTER KISSES II

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Mix peanut butter, sugar and eggs until blended. With floured hands, roll level tablespoons of dough into balls.
• Place balls 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 12 - 14 minutes. Remove from pan, immediately place chocolate kiss in middle. Cool 1 - 2 minutes.

• Preheat oven to 350°. Cream peanut butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. , Roll into 1-1/4-in. balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets. Bake until tops are slightly cracked, 10-12 minutes. Immediately press 1 chocolate kiss into center of each cookie. Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks.

• Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
• Mix until well combined.
• Form into 1" balls.
• Flatten balls with a fork.
• Bake at 350 until golden brown.
• (To make more than 1 run of cookies just double the recipe).

• Mix milk and peanut butter until smooth.
• Stir in Bisquick and vanilla.
• Shape dough into 1-1/4-inch balls.
• Roll in sugar.
• Bake at 375°F for 8-10 minutes or until bottoms begin to brown.
• Immediately press kiss into each cookie.

PEANUT BUTTER KISSES

Steps:

• (Have kisses unwrapped before removing cookies from oven).
• Cream sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
• Add peanut butter and milk, mix well.
• Add in dry ingredients.
• Spoon out by spoonfuls (or roll into balls and coat with granulated sugar) and place on an ungreased cookie sheet.
• Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes.
• Remove from oven and top each cookie with a kiss while still hot.
• Tip: if you like crunchy cookies replace butter with shortening, but other wise the butter makes them nice and chewy.

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Bake 10-12 minutes. Press candy into the center of each cookie.
• Allow to cool at room temperature. May need to refrigerate to get the candies to harden.
