- In a small bowl, combine the first seven ingredients. Crumble beef and sprinkle 1 tablespoon Parmesan cheese over mixture; mix well. Shape into two patties., In a large skillet, cook patties for 2 minutes on each side or until lightly browned. Combine the tomato sauce and Italian seasoning; pour over patties. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Serve patties and sauce over spaghetti if desired.

- In a medium bowl combine ground beef, egg, 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese (15 grams), chopped parsley, salt and pepper, and form into 4 patties.
- In a small dish add 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese (25 grams), and coat patties one at a time.
- In a medium frying pan add 1 tablespoon olive oil heat and then add patties and cook until no long pink and browned.
- On either an indoor pan grill or BBQ grill place tomato and onion slices, drizzle tomato slices with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, oregano and basil, do the same with the onions except no basil. Flip them over and repeat. Grill until cooked. (the onion slices will take longer than the tomatoes to cook). If you want place open hamburger buns on the grill to toast.
- On every bun place a beef patty, a slice of tomato, onion, some lettuce and mayonnaise or even an extra slice of parmesan cheese if desired. Enjoy!

- In a medium bowl, combine beef, garlic, Parmesan cheese, minced onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Using your hands, mix until all ingredients are well-mixed.
- Separate the beef mixture into 4 approximately equal portions.
- Place one portion at a time into a burger press and form into patties. (Or, use your hands to form meat into patties.)
- Heat your grill to high heat.
- Grill burgers for 3-4 minutes per side, flipping once, until the internal temperature measures 160 degrees F with a meat thermometer.
- If desired, lightly toast buns on the grill during last few minutes of cooking.
- Top burgers with extra Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
CHICKEN PARMESAN BURGERS
Steps:
- In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, about 3 minutes. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Remove from heat; cool slightly., In a large bowl, combine 1/4 cup marinara sauce, chopped mozzarella cheese, bread crumbs, seasonings and onion mixture. Add chicken; mix lightly but thoroughly. With wet hands, shape into four 1/2-in.-thick patties., In the same skillet, heat remaining 2 tablespoons oil over medium heat. Cook burgers until a thermometer reads 165°, 4-5 minutes on each side. Top with sliced mozzarella cheese; cook, covered, until cheese is melted, 1-2 minutes., Serve in buns; top with remaining 1/2 cup marinara sauce, Parmesan cheese and, if desired, basil leaves.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain., Meanwhile, in a Dutch oven, cook and crumble beef over medium heat until no longer pink, 5-7 minutes. Remove from pan with a slotted spoon; pour off drippings., In same pan, melt butter over low heat; stir in flour until smooth. Cook and stir until lightly browned, 2-3 minutes (do not burn). Gradually whisk in milk, broth, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; cook and stir until thickened, 1-2 minutes. Stir in tomatoes; return to a boil. - In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, ketchup and relish; cover and refrigerate. , Shape beef into two oval patties. In a large skillet, cook burgers over medium heat for 4-5 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. Season with salt and pepper; remove and keep warm. In the same skillet, saute onion in 1 tablespoon butter until tender. Remove and keep warm., Using 2 tablespoons butter, butter one side of each slice of bread. Melt remaining butter in the skillet.
