HAMBURGER POTATO CASSEROLE
This casserole is a hearty, filling dish that is great for a crowd!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Butter a 9x13 pan. Season each layer with salt and pepper.
- Place a layer of potatoes in the pan. Top with garlic powder and a layer of onions.
- Place uncooked ground beef over the potatoes. Sprinkle rice over top.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Pour diced tomatoes with juices, tomato sauce, condensed broth and water over top.
- Cover and bake for 2 hours or until potatoes are tender.

An old-fashioned comfort food dish -- this cheesy and creamy Hamburger Potato Casserole is an easy dinner that the whole family can agree on!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish; set aside.
- Combine crushed Corn Flakes with melted butter in a small bowl; set aside.
- Cook the beef, onion and celery in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the corn.
- In a bowl, whisk together condensed soups and milk.
- In the prepared baking dish, spread half of the beef mixture in an even layer. Add half of the potatoes on top and season with salt and pepper. Pour half of the soup mixture over top and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Repeat layers once more, ending with the cheese on top.
- Cover with foil and bake 1 hour. Remove foil, sprinkle the buttered Corn Flakes on top, and return to the oven (uncovered) for about 10-15 more minutes (or until the topping is golden brown and the potatoes are tender). Garnish with fresh parsley just before serving.

- Place potatoes into a large pot and cover with salted water; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer until tender, about 20 minutes; drain. Set aside to cool in a large bowl.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir ground beef and onion in the hot skillet until the beef is crumbly, evenly browned, and no longer pink, about 10 minutes. Stir green beans and tomato soup into the ground beef mixture; transfer to prepared casserole dish.
- Mash the cooled potatoes with milk, egg, garlic, pepper, and salt; spoon in mounds over the ground beef mixture. Sprinkle Cheddar cheese over the potatoes.
- Bake in preheated oven until cheese is melted and edges of dish begin to brown, 25 to 30 minutes.

- Brown the meat with the onions.
- Drain.
- Add seasonings and green beans.
- Spray a 2 qt casserole dish with Pam.
- Spoon meat mixture into bottom of dish.
- Spread mashed potatoes over meat.
- Sprinkle cheese over potatoes.
- Lightly sprinkle paprika over cheese.
- Bake uncovered in preheated 350 oven for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and top of casserole is slightly puffed.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.

- In a medium skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef; drain fat.
- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream of mushroom soup, onion, milk, salt and pepper to taste.
- Alternately layer the potatoes, soup mixture and meat in a 11x7 inch (2 quart) baking dish. Bake in the preheated oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender. Top with Cheddar cheese, and continue baking until cheese is melted.

- Cook potatoes until tender, mash with milk, butter, salt and pepper.
- While potatoes are cooking, brown ground beef and onions, drain off fat.
- Drain liquid from green beans.
- Stir tomato soup and green beans in to ground beef.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Turn beef mixture in to a 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Spoon mashed potatoes over the top.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
- (Note: you may want to place a sheet of foil under the casserole dish, this tends to "bubble over").
