1 cup unsweetened applesauce
¾ cup maple syrup
½ cup crunchy almond butter
4 cups oat flour
2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 scoops vanilla-flavored whey protein powder

Steps:

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
  • Combine applesauce, maple syrup, and almond butter in a large mixing bowl. Add oat flour, cinnamon, cocoa, and protein powder; mix until well combined. Spread into the prepared dish.
  • Refrigerate until firm, about 1 hour. Cut into 30 squares and wrap in parchment paper.

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 tablespoon 2% milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted
1 cup confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/2 to 1 teaspoon maple flavoring, optional

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, 5-7 minutes. Beat in eggs, milk and vanilla. Combine flour, oats, baking powder and salt; gradually add to creamed mixture. Fold in bacon and pecans. , Spread into a greased 9-in. square baking pan. Bake until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 20-25 minutes. Cool on a wire rack. For glaze, in a small bowl, mix confectioners' sugar, syrup and if desired, maple flavoring. Drizzle over bars; let stand until set.

Gluten-free cooking spray
1 cup chopped dried apples
1 cup chopped raw walnuts
1 cup chopped raw almonds
1/2 cup sliced blanched almonds
1/4 cup flaxseed meal
1/4 cup millet puffs cereal
2 tablespoons raw hemp seeds
1 tablespoon raw organic rice protein powder
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup brown rice syrup
1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Grease an 8-by-8-inch baking pan with gluten-free cooking spray. Line the pan with an overhanging piece of parchment paper to easily remove the bars.
  • Place the apples, walnuts, chopped and sliced almonds, flaxseed meal, puffs cereal, hemp seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, salt, rice syrup and maple syrup in a large bowl. Stir to combine and evenly coat. Transfer the apple mixture to the prepared pan and, using a greased piece of parchment paper, press down firmly to spread evenly. Bake until just firm, about 12 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack.
  • Reduce the oven temperature to 250 degrees F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and place a wire rack on top. Remove the apple bar from the pan and cut evenly into 12 bars. Place, gooey-side up, on the wire rack. Bake until almost dry to the touch, about 15 minutes. Let cool completely on a rack.

1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
1/2 cup maple syrup
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon baking soda
3 cups chopped peeled apples (about 3 medium)
GLAZE:
1/4 cup butter, cubed
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Line a 13x9-in. baking pan with parchment, letting ends extend up sides. , In a large bowl, beat brown sugar, melted butter, syrup and vanilla until blended. Beat in eggs, 1 at a time, beating well after each addition. In another bowl, whisk flour, salt and baking soda; gradually beat into brown sugar mixture. Stir in apples (batter will be thick)., Transfer to prepared pan. Bake until top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in center comes out with moist crumbs, 25-30 minutes., Meanwhile, in a small saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat; stir in syrup and brown sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat; cook and stir until slightly thickened, 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat; cool slightly., Pour glaze over warm blondies. Cool completely in pan on a wire rack. Cut into bars.

3 1/2 cups quick oats
1 1/2 cups powdered nonfat milk
4 scoops chocolate or 4 scoops vanilla protein powder
1 cup sugar-free maple syrup
2 egg whites
1/4 cup unsweetened apple juice
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce

Steps:

  • Preheat over to 325F and spray a baking sheet or 9x12 baking dish with non-stick spray. The 9x12 baking dish will yeild thicker bars.
  • Mix oats, powdered milk, and protein powder in bowl and blend well.
  • In separate bowl, combine eggwhites, apple juice, applesauce, and the sugar-free syrup and blend well.
  • Stir liquid mixture into dry ingredients until blended. The consistency will be thick and similar to cookie dough.
  • Spread batter onto pan and bake until edges are crisp and browned.
  • Cut into 10 bars and store in airtight container or freeze.

  • In a medium heavy pot, combine milk, peanut butter, and maple syrup/honey over low heat. Stir just until all ingredients are well combined and warmed through. Remove from heat.
  • Add protein powder, oats, and optional cinnamon or add-ins. Stir to combine well. Taste and add more maple syrup or honey if desired. (If mixture is too thick to stir, simply add a bit more milk.)
  • Lightly grease an 8×8 pan. Press evenly into pan, using firm pressure to compress mixture into desired bar thickness. Tip: use wet or lightly greased hands to prevent sticking.
