2 1/2 lb. Red and green seedless grapes
4 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. Kosher salt
3 tbsp. packed light brown sugar, divided
3/4 c. toasted pecans

Steps:

Halve half of the grapes.
Stir together cream cheese, sour cream, salt, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved. Add grapes and stir gently to coat.
Top with pecans and remaining brown sugar just before serving.

This salad is so easy to make and every time I take it to a potluck I get asked for the recipe!

Ingredients

1 pound seedless green grapes
1 pound seedless red grapes
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 (6 ounce) package slivered almonds

Steps:

Wash grapes in a colander under running water, and remove all stems. Place in a large bowl.
In a separate bowl, stir together the cream cheese and marshmallow creme until smooth and creamy. Pour the mixture over the grapes. Using a rubber spatula or large serving spoon, fold the mixture into the grapes until well coated. Fold in the almonds.
This salad may be served immediately, or covered and refrigerated for 1 hour to set slightly, and to allow flavors to blend.

2 pounds seedless green grapes
2 pounds seedless purple grapes
One 8-ounce package cream cheese, room temperature
One 8-ounce container sour cream
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
1/2 cup pecans, finely chopped

Steps:

Wash the grapes and dry thoroughly with paper towels. Put the dry grapes in a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, granulated sugar and vanilla. Mix well using an electric mixer. Pour this mixture over the grapes and toss together until all the grapes are coated. Chill in the refrigerator.
Just before serving, sprinkle with the brown sugar and pecans.
