EASY GARLIC WHITE WINE BAKED BARRAMUNDI
An easy baked fish recipe with white wine, garlic, lemon, and capers.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Lay barramundi fillets in a single layer in a medium baking dish.
- In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together the garlic, white wine, melted butter, lemon juice, capers, salt, and pepper.
- Pour sauce over barramundi. Spoon the sauce over the top of the fish a few times to make sure it's evenly coated.
- Bake at 375 degrees F for 15-18 minutes until fish is bright white, opaque, and easily flakes with a fork.
- Serve fish immediately with a drizzle of sauce from the pan and fresh lemon wedges (optional).

BARRAMUNDI WITH LEMON BASIL SAUCE
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Brush fish with olive oil.
- Mix bread crumbs, seafood seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon zest, and thyme together in a bowl. Press fish in bread crumb mixture to coat all sides. Arrange coated fish on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip fish and continue baking until fish flakes easily with a fork, about 10 minutes more.
- Stir butter, lemon juice, white wine, and basil together in a bowl; drizzle over cooked fish.

Steps:
- Melt butter in a medium saucepan over low heat. Cook and stir the shallots until they become translucent and tender; stir in garlic and cook until tender and aromatic.
- Stir in 1 cup white wine, increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Once it boils, add the remaining 1/2 cup wine. Boil for 10 minutes then reduce heat to medium-low. Season with white pepper to taste.
- When sauce is no longer boiling, slowly stir in cream, lemon juice and salt. Simmer for 3 to 5 minutes.
