EASY CRUMB-COATED BAKED PORK CHOPS
Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
- Line one sheet pan with foil then place a second sheet pan under it. Double panning will stop the pork chops from getting too dark on the bottom as they cook.
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- In a medium bowl, mix mayonnaise, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and garlic.
- In a separate large bowl mix plain and Panko crumbs.
- Use a pastry brush to brush the mayonnaise mixture on both sides of the pork. They should be coated but not with a thick coating.
- Press each one into the crumb mixture coating both sides and making sure the breading is pressed in to coat.
- Place on the prepared pan and bake 15-20 minutes based on the size of the chops. My pork chops were just shy of one inch and cooked in 17 minutes.
- To test, poke into the thickest chop and it should spring back.
- Remove from oven and brown under the broiler until desired crispness.
- Serve immediately.

CRISPY CRUMBED PORK CHOPS
Easy to make oven-baked breaded pork chops. I usually bake some potatoes in the oven alongside the chops. Make some extra baked potatoes for home fries the next day. Toss a salad while pork chops and potatoes are baking and dinner is ready.

CRUSTED BAKED PORK CHOPS
I adapted this recipe from one a friend's Mother gave me over 25 years ago. Since I am such a recipe fiend I have tried many different and delicious pork chop recipes, but this is the one my family always loves and asks for. And it is so simple to make.

Steps:
- Put pork chops in a shallow dish or zip-loc bag.
- Add enough milk to cover chops.
- Soak pork chops in the milk several hours or overnight in the refrigerator, turning if necessary.
- Crush the club crackers into coarse crumbs.(I place them in a zip-loc bag and crush them with a rolling pin.).
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Remove pork chops from milk.
- Season VERY well with garlic salt (I often use Morton Nature's Seasons in place of the garlic salt).
- Dredge seasoned chops with the cracker crumbs, making sure they are well coated with crumbs.
- Place the coated crumbs on a cookie sheet.(I use an ungreased one and never have a problem with sticking. You can spray it lightly with PAM if you prefer.).
- Bake for 1 hour in preheated 325 degree Fahrenheit oven.
- Cooking time includes soaking overnight.
- Slight variation: Sometimes I will season with Morton's Nature's Seasons instead of the garlic salt.
- ***I have tried this with other crackers, it is okay, but just not quite as good***.

Steps:
- Place beaten eggs on a large plate.
- Mix flour, seasoned salt, garlic powder, and black pepper on another plate. Spread out panko bread crumbs on a third plate.
- Dip pork chops in egg, then in flour, again in egg, and finally in panko. Press lightly on pork chops so that the panko adheres. Set aside and let rest while oil is heated.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add pork chops and cook uncovered until golden brown, 4 to 5 minutes. Flip pork chops over and cook until no longer pink in the center, 3 to 4 minutes more. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).

PORK CHOPS IN CORN FLAKE CRUMBS
This is an exceptionally easy recipe which is tastes great. You can buy a box of Kellogg's Seasoned Cornflake Crumbs so you don't have to crush them. The box will last a long time. It's usually by the stovetop stuffing or bread. The amount of margarine is approximate - you may need to melt a little more so I would make sure that you have about 1 1/2 sticks on hand just to be on the safe side. If using a tub of margarine 6 tablespoons is a little more than 1/3 cup.

EASY BAKED CAJUN PORK CHOPS
Now to be honest, if you want to do these right you should check out the Paul Prudhomme recipe I've also posted. But... I make them this way when I'm low on time or energy and I think they are pretty good! They are baked instead of fried which is healthier but also means you aren't tied to the stove. Sometimes I leave out the tomatoes and serve with spanish rice instead. Cooking time is a guess. My oven cooks fast so I'm never sure what to tell people!
