Steps:
- Boil macaroni noodles according to directions to make them very al dente. (I cook them for at least 1-2 minutes less than directed on the bag. Mine boiled for 5 minutes). Drain and rinse under cold water.
- Combine all ingredients in a 4qt slow cooker and cook on high for 2 hours or low for 3 hours, stirring once or twice.
- Serve hot.

CROCK POT MAC AND CHEESE
Steps:
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the milk, evaporated milk, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place the uncooked macaroni noodles in the bowl of your Crock Pot.
- Pour the milk mixture over the noodles, making sure that all the noodles are covered by milk.
- Place the butter, Velveeta, and shredded cheese on top.
- Put the lid on the crock pot and cook on low for one and a half to two hours, stirring halfway through.

Steps:
- Cook elbow macaroni for 4 minutes, then drain. This will likely be less time than the box says to cook it for, but we want to undercook it.
- Lightly spray the insert of a 6 quart or larger slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray, and add cooked pasta.
- Top with olive oil and butter, stirring to combine well.
- Add all remaining ingredients and stir.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 2 hours, stirring after one hour. After one hour, the pasta may be slightly stuck, just give it a good stir and it'll loosen up.
- When the second hour is up, give the mac and cheese a good, solid stir and you'll see the cheesy sauce come together. Taste, adjust seasoning if necessary and enjoy!

- Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain. Place in a 5-qt. slow cooker; add butter. In a large bowl, mix 3 cups cheese, evaporated milk, condensed soup, 2% milk and eggs. Pour over macaroni mixture; stir to combine. Cook, covered, on low for 3-1/2 to 4 hours or until a thermometer reads at least 160°., Sprinkle with remaining cheese. - Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. Drain and transfer pasta to slow cooker.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- Drizzle oil into a large pot of boiling salted water. Add the macaroni and cook according to the directions on the package, 6 to 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat the milk in a small saucepan, but don't boil it. Melt 6 tablespoons of butter in a large (4-quart) pot and add the flour. Cook over low heat for 2 minutes, stirring with a whisk. - Fill a large pot with lightly salted water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat. Once the water is boiling, stir in the macaroni, and return to a boil. Cook the pasta uncovered, stirring occasionally, until the pasta has cooked through, but is still firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain well in a colander set in the sink.

My daughter loves Mac a nd cheese, I was searching the Internet for crock pot mac and cheese. I work a lot like using my crock pot. I really could not find a recipe without having to cook the pasta first. I did not want to dirty another pot. I figured if I added enough milk and the dry pasta it might work, it did everyone loved it!

- In a large bowl whisk all the milks and egg, add the seasoning continue whisking
- Reserve about a 1/4 cup of the cheddar for the topping, add the cheeses to the bowl, add the can of tomatoes to the bowl
- Melt the butter add to the bowl add the dried pasta,to the bowl give it a good mix
- Spray the inside of the crock pot with cooking spray, pour the pasta cheese mix to the crockot. Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top,cover and cook on low for 3 hours.
