EASY CINNAMON AND SUGAR SOFT PRETZELS
These Cinnamon and Sugar Soft Pretzels are sweet, chewy, and super easy to make. They are fun to make with your little ones, and would be the perfect treat for any occasion.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a large baking sheet with cooking spray and set aside.
- Prepare pretzel mix with water and oil and allow to rise, according to package instructions.
- Roll out dough and cut into hearts or form into pretzel twists.
- In a large saucepan, boil 6 cups of water with the packet of baking soda from the Pretzel Creations kit. Dip each of the pretzels in the baking soda bath for 10-15 seconds, then remove with a slotted spoon and place on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake pretzels in the preheated oven for five minutes, then remove from oven and brush each one with the melted butter. In a small bowl mix together the sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle each pretzel with a generous amount of cinnamon/sugar.
- Return pretzels to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool on a wire rack. Sprinkle with additional cinnamon/sugar if desired.

- Toss 4 cups pretzel snaps with 6 tablespoons melted butter and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Spread on a baking sheet and bake at 350˚ until lightly toasted but not dry, about 5 minutes. Transfer to a separate bowl and toss with 1/4 cup sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

- Pour Warm Milk into the bowl of an electric stand mixer or large mixing bowl and sprinkle with yeast. Whisk and let sit for a few minutes or until yeast is puffy and active.
- Whisk in the brown sugar, salt, and tbsp of melted butter.
- With a dough hook attachment or wooden spoon, knead in the flour one cup at a time.
- Roll out onto a floured surface and knead the dough for 3 minutes.
- Put the dough back into the mixing bowl (floured), cover with a tea towel, and let rise at room temperature for 10 minutes.
- On a floured surface, divide the dough into 8 pieces with a pastry knife. Roll out to 24 inches each and shape into pretzels.
- Add pretzels to 2 parchment paper-lined baking sheets and let rest uncovered at room temperature while the oven is preheating to 400F.
- Bake for 18 minutes.
- While baking, mix the sugar and cinnamon a plate and melt the 4 tbsp melted butter in a small bowl.
- Place baked pretzels on a cooling rack over parchment paper.
- Generously brush a pretzel on all sides with melted butter and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Repeat for all 8 pretzels and serve fresh and warm!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 300Fº.
- In a large roasting pan add the pretzels, and spread the pretzels out evenly in the pan.
- In a small bowl add the oil, sugar, and cinnamon; stir thoroughly to blend ingredients together.
- Pour the oil-cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pretzels; toss well to coat the pretzels with the mixture.
- Place roasting pan in oven, bake uncovered for 30 minutes, and stirring twice during baking time (every 10 minutes).
- Place baked pretzels onto a baking sheet that has been lined with wax paper.
- Spread pretzels out as evenly as you can, to allow them to cool before serving.
- Store pretzels in an airtight container.

- In large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water, stir in brown sugar and salt -- add cake flour and stir well.
- add enough all purpose flour to form a soft dough.
- stir in raisins, turn onto floured surface.
- knead till smooth -- about 6-8 minutes.
- place in a greased bowl, turn to grease top.
- cover and let rise at least 40 minutes --
- punch dough down.divide into 14 balls.
- roll each ball into a 15" long rope.
- dissolve baking soda in hot water --
- dip each rope in baking soda water and drain on paper towels.
- form into pretzel shapes, place on greased sheets.
- bake at 400* for 15 minutes --
- combine 3/4 cup sugar and 1 tsp ground cinnamon, brush pretzels with the three tablespoons of butter and dip in cinnamon sugar mixture.

- Bring your water to a boil in a medium-large pot. Preheat oven to 350F. Line two cookie sheets with silicone baking mats, or use parchment paper that’s been sprayed with cooking spray. (I highly recommend the silicone; the pretzels even stuck to those a little, parchment will be worse!)
- Unroll and separate the breadstick dough. Use kitchen scissors or a serrated knife to cut each breadstick into four pieces, for a total 48.
- When the water boils, add the baking soda and salt. Working in batches, place 4-6 pieces of dough in the boiling water for about 15-20 seconds. After a few seconds, flip them over. The dough will change slightly in color. Remove from the pan with a slotted spoon, tap to remove all water, and place on prepared cookie sheets. Continue until all pretzels are boiled.
