Easy Chocolate Chex Mix Food

CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In large microwavable bowl, measure cereal. Set aside. Line cookie sheet with waxed paper.
• In medium microwavable bowl, microwave mint chips uncovered on Medium (50%) about 1 minute, stir. Microwave an additional 15 seconds at a time, until chocolate is mostly melted and can be stirred smooth. Pour over cereal, evenly coating pieces.
• Microwave uncovered on High 3 minutes, stirring every minute. Spread on waxed paper; cool 5 minutes. Stir in candies. Store tightly covered.

EASY CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• Take a pot and fill it with 1 or 2 inches and heat over low temperature. Place a glass or metal bowl inside the pot and fill it with candy melts. Stir frequently until a smooth and creamy texture is achieved.
• Pour Chex into a large bowl, followed by your melted pink candy, and turn/mix gently until evenly coated. You can use your hands if you are having trouble with complete coverage.
• Pour mixture out onto a baking sheet lined with parchment, and spread out into a single layer. Let sit for an hour to dry.
• Once dry, grab/break up any pieces that have stuck together, and then add M&M's, sprinkles, and conversation hearts on top.
• Toss again to blend, and serve/enjoy as desired.

CHRISTMAS CHEX™ PARTY MIX

Steps:

• Line large rimmed cookie sheet with waxed paper. In large bowl, mix cereal, marshmallows and pretzels.
• In medium microwavable bowl, microwave candy coating uncovered on High 60 to 90 seconds, stirring after 1 minute, until almost melted. Stir until smooth. Pour onto cereal mixture; mix well.
• Spread on cookie sheet; sprinkle with holiday sprinkles, and cool completely, about 15 minutes. Break into bite-size pieces.
• In 2-quart resealable food-storage plastic bag, add coated cereal pieces and powdered sugar. Seal bag; shake to coat. Remove from bag; discard any remaining powdered sugar.
• In large serving bowl, mix coated cereal mixture and chocolate candies.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CHEX MIX

Steps:

• In a large bowl mix together all ingediants, except white chocolate chips and oil.
• In a glass bowl mix together white chocolate chips and oil.
• Microwave white chocolate and oil for 1 minute, stir. Microwave for an additional 30 seconds.
• Stir white chocolate luntil completely melted.
• Pour melted white chocolate over chex mix.
• Mix very well, until all chex mix ix coated.
• Spread coated chex mix in a single lay on wax paper or tin foil.
• Let harden.
• Break up and store in an air tight container.
• ENJOY!

CHOCOLATE CHIP CHEX PARTY MIX

Steps:

• Combine cereals, pretzels and nuts in a large bowl and either distribute between two 13x9 pans or you can use a large roaster pan.
• Combine brown sugar, butter and corn syrup in saucepan.
• Bring to boil, stirring constantly over medium heat.
• Boil for five minutes without stirring.
• Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and baking soda.
• Pour evenly over cereal mixture, stir until coated.
• Bake @ 250° stirring every 15 minutes for 45 minutes.
• Cool completely in pan stirring frequently.
• After completely cool stir in chocolate chips & enjoy.
