This is truly the easiest burrito recipe to make at home -- and they're freezer-friendly! Keep a stash in your kitchen and you can satisfying your Mexican food cravings any night of the week.

- Preheat oven to 350° F. Spray 9 x 13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set aside.
- Cook beef with taco seasoning mix, according to seasoning package instructions.
- To prepare 1 burrito: spread ¼ cup beans down center of tortillas; top with ½ cup rice, beef, 2 tablespoons corn, and ¼ cup cheese.
- Fold in opposite sides of each tortilla, then roll up, burrito style. Place, seam-sides down, in prepared dish. Repeat with remaining ingredients to prepare 6 total burritos.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes (until heated through). If you are baking the burritos from the refrigerator while they're still cold, it will take about 30-35 minutes for them to heat through.

- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in enchilada sauce, taco seasoning and cumin; heat through., Heat rice according to package directions. Spread each tortilla with about 2 tablespoonfuls beans. Spread 1 cup meat mixture into a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Layer with four tortillas and a third of the rice, a third of the remaining meat mixture and a third of the cheese. Repeat layers. Top with remaining tortillas, rice and meat mixture (dish will be full)., Cover and bake 20 minutes. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until cheese is melted. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef in the hot skillet until browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Pour in spaghetti sauce; simmer for 5 minutes.
- Mix cottage cheese, ricotta, 2 cups mozzarella cheese, eggs, 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, oregano, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook lasagna noodles in the boiling water, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain well.
- Place 1 lasagna noodle over a flour tortilla. Spread some of the beef sauce on top. Add another lasagna noodle. Spread an even layer of the cottage cheese mixture on top; cover with a third noodle. Fold in tortilla edges and roll up into a burrito. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
- Place burritos in a baking dish. Spread remaining sauce mixture over the burritos; cover with remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses.
- Bake in the preheated oven until heated through and bubbling, about 13 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes per serving.

- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Smear bottom of 13x9 glass pan with enchilada sauce, about 5 oz.
- Cook black beans, corn, taco seasoning, 10 oz enchilada sauce, and cumin over medium heat until bubbling. Remove and set aside.
- Microwave Spanish rice package according to directions.
- Smear 3-4 tortillas with half the refried beans and layer in bottom of the pan.
- Top tortillas with half the corn mixture and half the rice.
- Top with 1/3 the amount of cheddar cheese and add any extra toppings.
- Repeat layers.
- End with a third layer of tortillas on top. Pour remaining enchilada sauce on top, about 5 oz.
- Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top.
- Cover and bake for 20 minutes.
- Uncover and bake another 10-15 or until cheese is melted and bubbling.
- Let casserole stand for 10 minutes. Top with cilantro.
- Cut and serve warm with chips and guacamole!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef, onion, and garlic. Cook, stirring frequently, until the beef is browned. Drain off any excess grease. Add the olives, green chiles, tomatoes, taco sauce, and refried beans. Mix well. Cook on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring frequently. Spread a thin layer of the beef mixture in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish (or other large baking dish). Place a layer of the flour tortillas over the beef mixture. - In a 12" skillet set over medium-high heat add ground beef and yellow onion.
- Cook the meat until it's no longer pink and the onions are translucent. Drain any fat.
- Add in the taco seasoning and prepare according to the packet directions.
- When the meat is fully cooked stir in the cilantro and remove from the heat.
- Lay out the flour tortillas and spread a layer of refried beans into the middle of each tortilla.
- Top each tortilla with an equal amount of the meat mixture and shredded cheese.

- Add burrito seasoning & water (according to packet specifications) and cook down to a typical burrito filling consistency.
- Grease a baking dish and put some taco sauce on the bottom.

- Heat oven to 350ºF. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. In large bowl, mash beans slightly. Stir in tomatoes, onions, bell pepper, salsa, chili powder and cumin; mix well.
