- In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, butter and sugar. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9 inch springform pan.
- In a large bowl, mix the whipped topping powder as directed on package and beat until thick. Cut the cream cheese into small cubes and drop them into the whipped topping, one at a time, while beating. Pour in the cherry brandy and beat another 5 minutes at high speed.
- Spoon the filling into the graham cracker crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate 2 to 4 hours, or until set.

EASY, BREEZY, CHEESY STUFFED BREAD (DOMINO'S® COPYCAT RECIPE)
This cheesy stuffed bread is crispy on top, chewy inside and very cheesy, but beware... it's very dangerous. You can get addicted! I fell in love with this particular side from Domino's® and have been searching for a comparable recipe. After some trial and error I figured out one that is pretty darn close and won't cost me $12 for food, delivery fee, and tip when the craving is overwhelming late at night and my toddler is fast asleep. Serve with marinara sauce.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large baking sheet.
- Roll dough out into a large rectangle on a flat work surface. Brush with 3 tablespoons melted butter and sprinkle with cornmeal. Flip dough over and scatter mozzarella cheese, Mexican cheese blend, and 1 cup Cheddar cheese on top. Fold the dough in half and press edges together with your fingers to seal.
- Brush remaining 1 tablespoon butter over dough and lightly sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Cheddar cheese, dried parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder. Make shallow cuts 1 inch apart across the top with a knife, so that you can easily pull the bread apart after baking.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bread is golden brown and cheese is bubbly about 25 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before pulling strips apart.

- In a large bowl, cream the butter, cream cheese and sugar until light and fluffy. Add 1 egg at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Add flour until well blended. , Pour into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Bake at 325° until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, 30-35 minutes. - Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Grease a 10-inch (25 cm) springform pan with nonstick spray. Line the inside edges of the pan with parchment paper.
- In the bowl of a food processor, combine the graham crackers, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and the melted butter. Pulse to combine until the texture is similar to wet sand.
- Press the graham cracker crumbs into the prepared pan, using a measuring cup to compact in even layer.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, until golden brown. Transfer to a wire rack and let cool to room temperature.
- Once cool, line the sides of the springform pan with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, remaining 2 cups (400 G) of sugar, and the salt. Using an electric hand mixer, blend until well-combined and fluffy.
- Add the heavy cream and beat to incorporate.
- Add the sour cream, flour, salt, and vanilla bean seeds, and beat to combine.
- Add the eggs, 1 at a time, and mix until fully combined, making sure not to over-beat. The mixture should be smooth and creamy.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture into the cooled crust.
- Wrap the outside of the springform pan tightly with foil and place the pan in a large baking dish. Fill the dish with 1 inch (2 cm) of boiling water.
- Gently transfer the baking dish to the oven and bake for 1 hour.
- Without opening the oven door, turn off the heat and let the cheesecake rest for 1 hour.
- Remove the springform pan from the baking dish and unwrap the foil. Run a paring knife gently around the outside of the cheesecake to loosen it from the sides of the pan.
- Cover the pan with plastic wrap and transfer to the refrigerator overnight.
- Remove the cheesecake from the refrigerator and release the springform pan. Remove the parchment paper lining.
- Top with fresh berries, if desired.
- Dip a knife into hot water for clean slices, then slice and serve.
- Enjoy!
