2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1 tablespoon dark soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 cup yellow bean sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
2 garlic cloves, finely minced
2 teaspoons sugar
1 pinch white pepper

Steps:

  • Ready for this? Ok. Here we go!
  • Get a shaker or a container you can lid and shake. Put all the ingredients in and shake thoroughly.
  • Put your feet up - your work is done!

1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
1/2 cup finely chopped yellow onion
1/2 cup cola
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
2 pork tenderloin, about 1 pound each
2 tablespoons dark sesame oil
kosher salt
fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Make the sauce: in a saucepan over medium heat, warm the oil.
  • Add in the onion; cook until the onion begins to brown, 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Add in the remaining sauce ingredients; simmer 5-10 minutes; remove from the heat.
  • Let the tenderloins stand at room temperature for 20-30 minutes before grilling.
  • Trim any excess fat or silver skin from the tenderloins; coat them evenly with the sesame oil.
  • Season generously with salt and pepper; grill over direct medium heat until well marked on two sides, about 5 minutes, turning once.
  • Using a brush, cover the tenderloins with a thin coating of the sauce and continue to grill until the pork is barely pink in the center, 10-15 minutes, turning and basting with the remaining sauce every 5 minutes.
  • Let rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing on the bias; serve warm.

1 2 1/2-to 3-pound chicken, cut into 4 pieces, wings removed
Salt and freshly ground pepper
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1/4 cup orange juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes
1/4 cup chili sauce
1/4 cup hoisin sauce

Steps:

  • Place chicken in baking pan. Season with salt and pepper. Place mustard in small bowl. Whisk in orange juice, oil and pepper flakes. Pour over chicken, turning chicken to coat. Let stand 20 minutes. Combine chili sauce and hoisin sauce in small bowl.
  • Prepare barbecue (medium-high) or preheat broiler. Grill chicken until just cooked through, about 10 minutes per side. Brush one side with chili-sauce mixture and grill until beginning to brown, about 3 minutes. Brush second side with sauce and grill until beginning to brown. Serve hot.

1/2 cup cherry cherry-flavored cola
1/2 cup lite soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. chopped fresh thyme
6 center-cut boneless pork chops (2-1/4 lb.)
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Pork
2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese

Steps:

  • Combine first 6 ingredients; pour over chops in shallow glass dish. Refrigerate 2 hours to marinate, turning occasionally.
  • Heat oven to 425ºF. Prepare stuffing mix as directed on package, following microwave directions. Stir in cheese; set aside. Remove chops from marinade; discard marinade. Place chops in 13x9-inch baking dish. Top with stuffing; cover with foil.
  • Bake 10 min.; remove foil. Continue baking an additional 15 to 20 min. or until chops are done (145ºF). Let stand 3 min.
