EASIEST SUGAR-FREE KETO PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
With only 4 ingredients and 1.7 net carbs per piece, this easy keto peanut butter fudge will be ready in no time at all. Besides being sugar-free it's so rich, creamy, delicious and perfect for all of your guests.

Steps:
- In a medium saucepan add the peanut butter, and turn onto medium heat.
- Add butter and vanilla. Mix ingredients together, and stir continuously so it doesn't stick to the pan.
- Take off the burner and add the powdered swerve. Stir it together well.
- Line an 8×8 pan with parchment paper.
- Pour the fudge into the pan.
- Add chopped peanuts to the top.
- Put in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes.
- Once the fudge has finished chilling, use a large chef's knife to cut into 36 pieces.
- Keep stored in an airtight container in the fridge for a few weeks.

Steps:
- Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave for another 1 minute
- Remove and stir in the cream cheese until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the Splenda and then stir in the Protein Powder.
- Grease a 8 x 11 glass casserole.
- Pour in the dish. Put in the refrigerator until cool.
- To speed up this process place in the freezer until cool.

SUGAR FREE EASY CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE
I found this recipe while looking for something special to make my diabetic uncle for thanksgiving. A word on the sweetener. I have tried different combinations of sweeteners, including Splenda packets, Sweetzfree liquid Splenda, and powdered erythritol. I had the best results using the powdered erythritol and Sweetzfree, which is a very concentrated liquid. I have found that with chocolate, using artificial sweeteners with no sugar alcohols produces only an "OK" result. Adding a low glycemic sugar alcohol (not maltitol) improves the flavor and texture when working with unsweetened chocolate.

Steps:
- Melt the chocolate. I like to pour boiling water over it, let it sit for 5 to 6 minutes, and then pour the water off. That way I know I won't burn the chocolate.
- Mix in the rest of the ingredients, adjusting sweetener to taste.
- Pack or spread into a loaf pan. Cool to room temperature, or you can put it in the refrigerator. Cut into 18 pieces and serve.
