A delicious, easy company dish - the flavors are wonderful. A favorite with my family. I usually double the recipe so we can have leftovers.

6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
¼ cup butter
1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
½ cup white wine
1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
4 ounces cream cheese with chives
1 pound angel hair pasta

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  • In a large saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in the package of dressing mix. Blend in wine and golden mushroom soup. Mix in cream cheese, and stir until smooth. Heat through, but do not boil. Arrange chicken breasts in a single layer in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Pour sauce over.
  • Bake for 60 minutes in the preheated oven. Twenty minutes before the chicken is done, bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook pasta until al dente, about 5 minutes. Drain. Serve chicken and sauce over pasta.

1 (1 lb) package whole wheat angel hair pasta
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
5 large garlic cloves
salt
black pepper
3 cups mozzarella cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
grilled chicken strips

Steps:

  • Cook the past according to package directions. Drain. (I cook the pasta with salt).
  • In a large saucepan, under low heat, mix olive oil and chopped garlic, stirring constantly until garlic start browning.
  • Turn off the heat, add angle hair, toss. Add salt, if necessary, and black pepper to taste.
  • Serve with grilled chicken strips and lots of grated mozzarella and parmesan cheese on top.
  • Notes:.
  • Use extra virgin olive oil.
  • When heating the olive oil with garlic be very careful so you don't burn the garlic.

1 package (9 ounces) fresh angel hair pasta cooked,drained
1 cup Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Salad Dressing & Seasoning Mix prepared
1/3 cup dijon-style mustard
1/3 cup dry white wine
2 1/2 tablespoons parsley freshly chopped
4 boneless,skinless chicken breasts pounded to a 1/2-inch thickness

Steps:

  • Main Dish In small bowl, whisk together salad dressing and mustard and set aside. In medium skillet, melt the butter until bubbly, add the chicken and saute for 5 to 7 minutes on each side or until golden and juices run clear. Transfer the chicken to a plate. Add the wine to the skillet and scrape up any brown bits with a spatula, continue to cook for about 4 minutes or until wine has reduced slightly. Whisk the dressing into the wine and stir until bubbly and smooth. Pour the sauce over the chicken and serve.

1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
2 medium carrots, sliced diagonally
1-1/2 cups fresh broccoli florets
2 to 3 teaspoons minced garlic
1-1/3 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons dried basil
1/2 teaspoon salt
Additional grated Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Cook pasta according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute chicken in 1 tablespoon oil for 4-5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain. 1 large carrot, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1 medium onion, chopped
1 celery rib, diced
3 large garlic cloves, minced
2 cups heavy whipping cream
5 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
