- In a small bowl (or right in a single serve cup), stir together all of the ingredients until smooth. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat. For a frosty treat, you can freeze the yogurt for 30-45 minutes or until slightly frozen-just don't forget about it or it won't be creamy anymore!
PEANUT BUTTER FROZEN YOGURT WITH DARK CHOCOLATE

- Using a food processor, combine the peanut butter, yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract. Pulse until smooth, about 2 minutes.
- Turn the yogurt and peanut butter mixture to a medium bowl, fold in the chopped dark chocolate pieces, and swirl the chocolate syrup but do not fully mix in mixture.
- Pour the mixture in a container lined with parchment paper. Cover with plastic wrap or lid. Freeze for 4 hours or over night and serve

- Pour in two medium size freezer bags, flatten them with your hand, leaving the air out and seal. Stack and place in the freezer (keep them flat).
- Freeze between one and two hours (start checking after an hour) until it reaches a soft-serve consistency, and serve.
- It's best eaten the same day but if you don't, place the freezer bag on the counter to defrost for a few minutes before serving (it will be rock solid!). Or you could also break it up into barks (I love eating it this way!).

- Line a baking dish (approx 10inch x 10 inch) with parchment paper and pour in the yogurt. Smooth down evenly with a spoon.
- Melt the peanut butter in a bowl or mug in the microwave for approx 15 seconds. Pour or spoon it onto the yogurt and use a knife to swirl it through.
- Next melt the jelly/jam in the microwave for approx 8 seconds. Spoon that onto the yogurt and peanut butter and use a skewer to swirl it around.

- Add frozen banana chunks to your food processor or high powered blender. Pulse until broken down and then blend smooth. Stop as needed to move the banana around and help it blend fully. If your machine is struggling to blend the fruit you can wait a couple minutes and allow the fruit to soften slightly or add a splash of plant milk. Just know that the more milk added the less firm the nice cream will be.
- Add ⅓ cup peanut butter to the food processor and blend until combined.
- Add chocolate chips to the food processor and pulse to break them down slightly into smaller chunks. Alternatively, keep the chocolate chips whole by stirring them into the finished nice cream.
- Spoon half the nice cream into a freezer safe container and lightly swirl 1 tbsp peanut butter through. Spoon the other half of the nice cream on top and swirl the remaining 1 tbsp peanut butter. *If it won't be staying in the freezer for too long I've re-used yogurt containers or even frozen the nice cream in a loaf pan lined with parchment paper.
- You can enjoy this right away as a very soft serve type of "ice cream" bowl. Waiting 4-6 hours will give you a firmer soft serve and freezing overnight will produce a very firm nice cream.
