The perfect double chocolate cookies -- rich, chocolately, chewy and never fluffy! Plus no chilling!

1 cup butter (room temperature)
2 cups granulated sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
2 large eggs
2 1/4 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups chocolate chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and line 3 baking sheets with parchment paper (optional).
  • With an electric mixer, cream together butter and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs and beat until combined.
  • Add flour, baking soda, cocoa, and salt and beat until a dough forms (it should hold together easily but be dry enough that you can roll into balls without coating your hands). Stir in chocolate chips.
  • Roll dough into 1" balls and place in 4 rows of 3 on prepared baking sheets (you can make larger cookies, but you'll need to be fewer to a pan and bake a little longer). Bake for 8-9 minutes until centers are just set or only a tiny bit glossy in the center -- they will set as they cool.

175g butter , softened
85g golden caster sugar
200g plain flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
100g chocolate chips , milk or dark

Steps:

  • Mix the butter and sugar together with a wooden spoon. Stir in the flour and cocoa, followed by the chocolate chips - you'll probably need to mix it together with your hands at this stage. Halve the dough and roll each piece into a log about 5cm thick. Wrap in cling film and chill for 1 hr or for several days. Can be frozen for up to 1 month.
  • Heat oven to 180C/160C fan/gas 4. Slice logs into 1cm-thick rounds, transfer to a baking tray lined with baking parchment and bake for 10-12 mins. Cool on the tray.

1 pound semisweet chocolate, chopped
2 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup Dutch process cocoa powder
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
10 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 ½ cups packed brown sugar
½ cup white sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons instant coffee granules
2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Melt chocolate over a double boiler or in the microwave, stirring occasionally until smooth. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking powder, and salt; set aside.
  • In a medium bowl, cream butter with white sugar and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in coffee crystals and vanilla until well blended. Stir in melted chocolate. Using a wooden spoon, stir in the dry ingredients just until everything comes together. Cover, and let stand for 35 minutes so the chocolate can set up.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Line two cookie sheets with parchment paper. Roll dough into walnut sized balls, or drop by rounded tablespoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets, leaving 2 inches between cookies.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Cookies will be set, but the centers will still be very soft because of the chocolate. Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks to cool completely.

1 cup butter, softened
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cocoa
2 tablespoons cocoa
1/4 cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups regular oats, uncooked
1 (6 ounce) package semisweet chocolate morsels

Steps:

  • Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well at medium speed of an electric mixer. Add the egg, beating well.
  • Combine the flour, soda, salt, and cocoa; stir well. Add the flour mixture to the creamed mixture alternately with the water, beginning and ending with the flour mixture. Mix well after each addition. Stir in vanilla. Add oats and chocolate morsels; stirring well to combine.
  • Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Let cool slightly on the cookie sheets, then transfer to wire racks and let cool completely.

1 cup ice
4 scoops of double fudge brownie ice cream or 4 scoops chocolate ice cream
chocolate syrup (use how ever much you want of this)

Steps:

  • Get out your blender and all needed ingredients.
  • First add milk. Then continue with ice, chocolate ice cream, and chocolate syrup.
  • Now blend. First start off by grinding the ice, then puree, and finally blend. Continue blending until milk shake is completely mixed.
  • Pour in cup or glass.
  • Optional: If you wish, you can add a topping of whipped cream, and a single seedless cherry.
  • Enjoy!

  • In a stand mixer, combine cake mixes, eggs and oil and beat until combined. The dough should come together easily. If you need, add an extra tablespoon oil to help it come together.
  • Spoon rounded teaspoons into greased mini muffin tins and bake for about 9-10 minutes, until set on top.
  • Remove from oven and make an indent in the middle of the cookie cup. I used the back of a 1tbsp cookie scoop, sprayed with non-stick spray. Place a candy inside each cookie cup, pressing down gently. Set aside to cool completely before removing from the pan(after cooling in the pan for about 10-15 minutes, I like to gently turn or spin the cookie cups, so that they release from the edges of the pan, and then cool completely.
