- If desired, to make salted rim, combine spices in a shallow dish. Add 3 Tbsp. pickle juice to another shallow dish. Dip rims of glasses into pickle juice, allowing excess to drip off. Dip in salt mixture, pressing lightly. Tap to remove excess., In a small pitcher, combine the Clamato juice, vodka, pickle juice, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, pepper and hot pepper sauce. Pour into glasses filled with ice; garnish with remaining ingredients.

Calling all pickle lovers! Kick up your Bloody Mary with loads of pickle flavor! Serve with your favorite garnishes - the possibilities are endless! I like to serve with a skewer of pickled onion, pickled jalapeno, olive, and a mini dill. The flavor of pickle brine varies depending on brand, so start with 1 ounce, and if a more pronounced pickle flavor is desired, add another ounce.

- Pour chili-lime seasoning onto a small plate. Rub the edge of a pint-sized jar with 1 lime wedge. Dip the edge of the jar into the seasoning. Fill jar with 1 cup ice and set aside.
- Fill a cocktail shaker with remaining cup of ice, Bloody Mary mix, pickle juice, vodka, Worcestershire, and hot sauce. Squeeze in 1 lime wedge and 1 lemon wedge.
- Roughly chop 1 fresh dill sprig and add to the shaker. Place lid on the shaker and shake for 10 seconds to combine. Strain into the prepared jar and garnish with pickle spear and remaining dill, lime, and lemon.

TRE'S BLOODY MARY PICKLED GREEN BEANS
I love these in my Bloody Marys They aren't the same without at least two of these beans in the glass.

Steps:
- Trim ends of green beans. Set lids of jars to boil in water in a small pan. Combine vinegar and water and salt in a large saucepot. Bring to a boil.
- Pack beans lengthwise into hot jars, Add 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, or the jalapenos slices, 2 cloves garlic and 2 heads of dill to each quart.
- Ladle the boiling vinegar solution over beans. leaving 1/4 inch headspace. Place caps (still hot from the boiling water) on jars. Invert jars till cool.
- You can place them in a hot water bath for 10 minutes, if desired. Store in a cool dry place for 4-6 weeks before opening.
- After opening keep refrigerated. These are delicious! and non FAT!
