SAVORY HAM WRAPS

Steps:

• In a small bowl, whisk the first six ingredients; spread evenly over each tortilla. Layer with ham and cheese. Top with lettuce, tomato and onion. Roll up tightly; secure with toothpicks if desired.

BAR-S BACON WRAPPED HAM

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 325 F.Unwrap the ham and gently score the top of the ham in a cross-hatch pattern.Pour the 1/2 cup of water onto a baking sheet and place the ham cut side down on the pan.Weave the bacon over the top of the ham and secure on the sides with toothpicks.Place the ham in the oven and bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes per lbs. or until the center reaches the temperature of 140 F.Remove ham from the oven and drizzle over the top with honey.Remove the toothpicks.Carve the ham and ENJOY.

MINI SMOKY BACON WRAPS

Steps:

• Set oven to 350°F.
• Grease a baking sheet.
• Cut each bacon slice into thirds.
• Wrap each slice around each of the small smokies.
• Place in foil-lined baking pan.
• Bake for about 10 minutes.
• Meanwhile in a small bowl mix together the ketchup with brown sugar to form a thick mixture.
• Remove the cocktail wieners from oven and brush about 1 teaspoon of the ketchup/brown sugar mixture over the wiener.
• Place back in the oven and bake until the bacon is lightly crisp (do not overcook or the bacon will be too hard!).
