Steps:
- Cook pasta according to package directions for "Al Dente".
- Brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet while pasta is cooking, drain if desired.
- Add crushed red pepper.
- Add garlic and cook till fragrant.
- Add drained beans and tomatoes (do not drain tomatoes).
- Mix well.
- Add pasta and heat through.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and parmesan if desired.

- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef and onion until the meat is no longer pink; drain. Stir in the remaining ingredients; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally, 20-25 minutes. Add more water if needed.

- In a large (12”) skillet, heat about 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium heat. Add onion, ground beef and garlic. Cook, stirring often and breaking up ground beef as you go, until meat is no longer pink and onions are soft; about 5 minutes. Drain some of the pan juices using a paper towel (or your preferred method).
- Pour in the pasta, tomatoes, beef broth and water and stir in tomato paste. Bring to a boil, then continue to cook, stirring often, until most of the liquid is absorbed and pasta is tender; about 9 minutes. (*or reduce heat to low, cover and cook for about 15-20 minutes, stirring once or twice).
- Stir in 1 cup of Mozzarella cheese until melted. Top with remaining cheese and cover to melt; about 5 minutes.

- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add beef, mushrooms and onion and cook, stirring, until the beef is no longer pink and the mushroom liquid is mostly evaporated, 8 to 10 minutes.
- Stir in tomato sauce, water, Worcestershire, Italian seasoning, salt and garlic powder. Add pasta. Bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and cook, stirring once or twice, until the pasta is tender and most of the liquid is absorbed, 16 to 18 minutes.
- Sprinkle the pasta with cheese, cover and cook until the cheese is melted, 2 to 3 minutes more. Garnish with basil, if desired.
