BIG MAC IN A BOWL
Big Mac in a Bowl - all your favorite flavors of Mcdonald's Big Mac burger combined into a salad. It is loaded with ground beef, tomatoes, pickles, cheese, onions, and topped off with some Light thousand island dressing. Low Carb and Weight Watcher friendly!

Steps:
- In a nonstick skillet cook the ground beef on medium-high heat. When the beef is brown and no longer pink in the middle, drain any extra fat. Add in onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
- Add 2 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, pickles, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and ground beef to the top of the lettuce. Weigh out 4 oz of ground beef on a food scale.
- Top the salad with 2 tablespoons of Thousand Island dressing.

- 1. Brown ground meat or you can make patty.
- 2. Put lettuce ,chopped pickle and onion in a bowl.
- 3. add meat mixture or broken up patty to the bowl
- 4. Top with dressing and cheese.
- 5. Mix all together and enjoy!

- In a large saucepan over medium-high heat brown the ground beef, adding ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and salt as you cook it. Be sure the ketchups, Worcestershire sauce, and salt are evenly incorporated.
- If needed, cook your potatoes or french fries (I use either air fryer seasoned potatoes or air fryer frozen french fries!)
- Assemble salads by laying the following: lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion, potatoes, potatoes and ground meat. Top with cheese, if desired.
- To make your dressing simply combine all dressing ingredients (mayo, mustard, pickle slices, honey, onion powder, garlic powder, vinegar and paprika in a blender and pulse 3-4 times until evenly incorporated and pickles are in small chunks. If you do not have a blender you can chop up the pickles and whisk everything together.
