Del Monte Recipes Peach Cobbler Food

CRUMBLY PEACH COBBLER

Steps:

• if you would like to make a larger cobbler just double all ingredients.
• Bake at same temperature.
• Cook until golden brown.
• In a bowl mix, flour, sugar and milk. Mix ingredients until smooth and no lumps.
• Put butter or margarine in a 13 x 9 baking dish or pan in a 350°F oven until melted when melted take pan out of oven and pour batter over melted butter or margarine, DO NOT STIR.
• Pour peaches over batter, DO NOT STIR.
• Sprinkle cinnamon sugar over top of peaches, DO NOT STIR.
• Put in a 350°F oven and bake for 30 minutes to one hour or until golden brown.

PEACH COBBLER DUMP CAKE (FROM DEL MONTE RECIPES)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F.
• In a 13 x 9 inch or other shallow 3 quart baking dish, dump 2 cans of peaches and syrup. Drain the third can and add only the peaches to the baking dish.
• Top peaches with cake mix; spread it out evenly across the entire surface of peaches.
• Drizzle cake mix with butter.

PEACH COBBLER

Steps:

• Melt butter in a 9 x 13 inch pan.
• Mix together flour, sugar, baking powder & salt.
• Stir in milk & egg.
• Pour evenly over melted butter.
• Combine peaches, sugar & spices and spread over batter-DO NOT STIR!
• Bake 35-45 minutes at 350°F until batter comes to the top and is golden brown.
• Serve warm with ice cream.
