DECADENT BROWNIE CHEESECAKE
This is my favorite brownie cheesecake that I make. The combo of cheesecake and brownie is so heavenly and decadent! A family favorite too!

Steps:
- 1. HEAT oven to 350°F. Spray bottom only of 9-inch springform pan with no-stick cooking spray. Prepare brownie according to package directions for chewy brownies. Reserve 3/4 cup brownie batter for cheesecake. Spread rest evenly in prepared pan.
- 2. BAKE 25-30 minutes or until set
- 3. BEAT cream cheese until fluffy in large bowl. Gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well. Stir in chocolate chips. Pour into prepared pan. Add a lttle less than a 1/4 cup water to reserved brownie batter and mix well. Drop spoonfuls of brownie batter randomly over cream cheese mixture. Swirl with tip of knife to create marbled effect.
- 4. REDUCE oven temperature to 300°F. Bake 50 minutes or until set. Cool. Chill thoroughly. Remove side of springform pan. Garnish as desired.
- 5. NOTE: Chocolate chips may fall to the bottom of brownie layer during baking.

Steps:
- Grease bottom of 9-inch springform pan.
- Prepare basic brownie mix as directed on package; pour batter evenly into springform pan.
- Bake at 350°F 15 minutes.
- beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing at medium speed on electric mixer until well blended.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Pour over brownie layer.
- Spoon melted chocolate over cream cheese mixture; cut through batter with knife several times for marble effect.
- Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes.
- Loosen cake from rim of pan; cool before removing rim of pan.
- Chill.
- Decorate with whipped cream and chocolate flakes.

BROWNIE DECADENCE

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare 9 by 13 inch baking pan by greasing with butter or spraying with a cooking spray (such as Pam). Melt butter in a large saucepan. Over low heat add unsweetened chocolate and stir until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat, mix in sugar (in saucepan). Add eggs and vanilla, stir until incorporated. Add flour, baking powder, and salt and stir just till flour is mixed in. Gently stir in white chocolate. Spread mixture in prepared pan. Bake 30 to 35 minutes just until brownies begin to pull away from the sides. Remove from oven and let cool completely. While brownies are baking, prepare ganache topping. Over low heat in a medium saucepan, bring heavy cream to the boil. Remove from heat and add chocolate chips. Let sit for a few minutes to melt chocolate. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Let mixture cool and thicken, stirring occasionally for about 20 to 30 minutes. Spread chocolate ganache over completely cooled bownies. Press chopped, toasted pecans into the ganache. Let ganache harden and then cut into squares and then into triangles. Carefully remove from pan and serve on a garnished plate. JEANINE'S DECADENT BROWNIES
This brownie recipe is from my mom. I have made many batches of these brownies for my daughter's various school functions, etc. It's also really good hot out of the oven with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Mix sugar, flour, oil, cocoa powder, eggs, salt, and vanilla extract together in a bowl; beat with an electric mixer for 3 minutes. Fold walnuts into batter. Pour batter into the prepared baking dish.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8- or 9-inch baking pan with foil and lightly grease.
- 2. In a small heatproof bowl, melt the butter and chocolate chips in the microwave on high, stirring at 30 second intervals; set aside to cool for a few minutes.
- 3. In a large bowl, whisk together the 1 cup sugar, 2 eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and the red food coloring. Add the chocolate-butter mixture and stir until smooth (batter should be red). Add the flour and salt; stir until just combined and no streaks of dry ingredients remain.
- 4. Pour into prepared baking pan and spread into an even layer; set aside.
- 5. In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 egg and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract until smooth. Drop in dollops onto prepared brownie batter in pan. Using a butter knife, gently swirl to create a marbled effect.
- 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes, until brownies are set and the edges are lightly browned.
- 7. Cool in the pan on a rack completely before peeling off foil and cutting into squares.
- Serve at room temperature or slightly chilled.
- NOTE: Brownies can be refrigerated, covered, for several days.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8-inch baking pan.
- Whisk melted butter with 1 cup sugar in a large mixing bowl; stir cocoa, red food coloring, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, vinegar, and salt into butter mixture one at a time, mixing well after each addition to avoid lumps. Stir 2 eggs into mixture until thoroughly combined.
