BEEF CASSEROLE

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400ºF.
- Arrange TATER TOTS in single layer in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 10 min.
- Meanwhile, brown meat in large skilled sprayed with cooking spray; drain. Return meat to skillet. Remove from heat. Add broccoli, tomatoes and 1-1/2 cups onions; mix well.
- Whisk soup, milk and garlic powder in medium bowl until blended. Stir in 1 cup cheese. Add to meat mixture; mix well. Cook 1 to 2 min. or until cheese is melted, stirring constantly. Spoon over TATER TOTS. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and onions.
- Bake 20 min. or until heated through.

Steps:
- Cook noodles according to directions and drain.
- Brown beef.
- Add onion, pepper, tomato sauce, and Worcestershire sauce to beef and heat through.
- Combine sour cream, cottage cheese, and cream cheese.
- Place half of the egg noodles in a large buttered casserole dish.
- Add cheese mixture and cover with the remaining noodles.
- Top with remaining beef mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 to 45 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Brown the ground beef in the butter and add the onions and garlic.
- 2. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt and pepper.
- 3. Combine the sour cream, cheese and carrots.
- 4. Add the combination to the noodles and mix.
- 5. Alternate layers of the meat mixture and the noodle mixture in a 3-quart casserole, beginning and ending with the noodle mixture.
- 6. Top with the cheddar cheese.
- 7. Bake at 350 degrees for at least 45 minutes and serve hot.

- In large skillet, brown ground beef.
- Stir in onions, garlic, salt, pepper, tomato sauce and water. Then add uncooked rice.
- Cover and simmer almost 20 minutes or until rice is nearly tender.
